There were 7 of us, as a family (2 adults, 5 children including adults), for this stay at Alexandre's. Great welcome (with small papillotes and Christmas tree), sober and pretty decor, comfortable and well chosen furniture, very well equipped kitchen, very comfortable and spacious bedding, well-lit, plenty of storage. Impeccable bath and bed linens. Delighted by this choice of accommodation that is both spacious and friendly, well located and convenient. We would have liked to have stayed longer and recommend this choice. In the middle of winter we did not enjoy the outdoors which looks super nice too! Thank you so much! I add that the price of the stay is extremely competitive for the services offered.

Great stay in Marine. The house is awesome and the cleanliness is exceptional. Marine is a very welcoming and accommodating host with a house that includes everything you need for a great stay. The accommodation is located in a quiet location just a few minutes from La Rochelle ☺️

A dream come true! Surrounded by a large lot, the house is spacious and well appointed. We felt right at home. The pool was very appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well equipped. Fiber internet connection that has enabled efficient remote work with others.

Florence and Christophe are very responsive hosts. The accommodation is as described,close to the beach ,shops and a small market. We had a great stay with four of us (2 adults and 2 children). Perfect for this setup,there shouldn't be more. The residence is quiet at this time of year.

Very well located, quiet and peaceful accommodation for relaxation. A beautiful pool and a beautiful wooded garden complete this property, very nice to eat outside. Hosts are always available and responsive in the field. Very nice place that we highly recommend.

The house is very nice and well equipped. We stayed there for a week with our children (young adults), the house is suitable with its master bedroom, two bedrooms on the floor, its large living room, its protected terrace and the swimming pool. Very well located, it is close to the center of La Rochelle and road access allowing you to move quickly and easily over nearby towns like Ile de Ré (less than 20 minutes away). To recommend

Vanessa’s home is extremely intimate, the house has been in the family for generations. But the renovation makes staying there a dream. There’s are so many personal and special touches. The bedrooms and bathrooms are charming and efficient. There is lots of hot water and water pressure. The sinks and showers are big enough to feel luxurious. The kitchen is so well supplied you know their family enjoy it. The location is superb, both central and private. Having a laundry was great. And Ile d’Aix is an out of this world wonderland.

Our stay for the Christmas holiday went smoothly. The house meets our needs, it is pleasant, functional, as described. The little Christmas decor installed for the occasion was appreciated. The huge plus for St-Jean, the private and gated courtyard for parking, also convenient when you have children who want to move. The host is attentive and discreet, easy to communicate with. We recommend it.

Nice and quiet accommodation. Private parking with reserved space is secure. The comfortable bedding suited us perfectly. The check-in instructions are very clear, Sarah is very cordial and responsive in the exchanges. Thank you very much.

We came for calm and that's what we had… and with the sun in addition. Very good accommodation. Nothing else to say. Generalized electrical outage in the neighborhood from 10am to 6pm the day before departure but of course Mathilde had nothing to do with it.

A tastefully decorated home that gives a pleasant and very pleasant living environment. We feel that the space has been renovated with the care and the desire to share beautiful things. Raspberry and her husband gave us a friendly, friendly welcome and were attentive to make us feel good. A real pleasure The restaurant recommended the drugstore was a treat.

A truly wonderful home in an idyllic location. Sandra’s home is perfect for a large group with all the things you could wish for and a stunning outside/pool area. 2 minute walk to the beach.
