Staying with Josh is always amazing, and this time was no different!

First time staying in a house at the beach. It was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Nice neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!! Host was very responsive.

We had a wonderful stay for 2 weeks. Instructions were clear and house rules are fair. House was very clean and kitchen is well stocked with accessories. Beds are comfortable, sheets and towels are clean. Carpets and living room furniture starting to show some wear, but still in good shape for use. House is pet friendly, but there are no signs or smells of pets. Easy walk to the beach and the neighborhood is nice. Plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood; highly underrated as far as pictures, this place is absolutely GORGEOUS! I thank the host for their responsiveness, clear instructions and easy requests! Equipped with everything you need for cooking, easy to locate, spotless, and in close proximity to literally everything, I would place everything within a 5-10 minute travel. Thank you so much for allowing my family and I the opportunity to make some lasting memories!

The house is in a great location by the water on one side with the dock and a block away from the beach (3-5 minute walk). You could see the sunrise and sunset if you wanted which was beautiful. The house is just as advertised and the downstairs screened in area is huge and great for a cookout. The inside of the house was very clean and beachy. We cooked quite a bit and the house had everything we needed in terms of plates, pots, utensils etc and we could squeeze all ten of us around the table. The house is very close to Publix and fresh market for supplies. Jane was super friendly and responded right away if I had any questions. I would recommend this house 100%.

Wonderful stay! Great location, additional easy access for golf cart rental. Had amenity’s and items I did not need to bring nor purchase. Dog friendly and fenced yard was amazing with all being on one floor was great! Will definitely recommend and remember to look for when coming back!

The stay at Tim’s property was just great! The house was really clean, well equipped with everything one needs while on vacation, very welcoming and comfortable. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place for their vacation! Close to lots of stores and restaurants which made it easy to enjoy our time at the beach.

My husband and I were here for three nights with our dogs. My husband golfed and I was interested in wildlife so the location was fantastic - everything felt really close; the place is clean, comfortable and pet friendly, which was important for us. We’d definitely come back if we have a chance to visit Pawley’s island again!

Great stay. We were able to enjoy the restaurant and bar on site. Also walkable to other restaurants. The pool and lazy pool was nice, warm and clean.

Our family spent Thanksgiving 2024 here. We loved it! Even the dog loved it! Close to the beach and restaurants and quiet. We even got to use the pool before it got too cold. Washer and dryer were easily accessible and the kitchen was perfect for all of the cooking that we did. Next time we need a place we will check with Clyde first to see what’s available. Thank you!

Our group included 8 adults and 2 toddlers. Stayed 5 nights. Inside the house: Plenty of room, large kitchen, 3 full baths, ceiling fans. Outside: Great front and back porches, large private pool, picnic table, and endless supplies for the beach. The location is the gem. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach or a 2 minute golf cart ride, if you rent one (highly recommended). Restaurants, bars, ice cream all nearby. Pleasant and quiet neighborhood. When I rate a particular Airbnb, the actions of the owner/host can be just as important as the house itself. In this case, Sharon was one of the best I have dealt with. On day one, we discovered the kitchen faucet had failed and was leaking a fair amount of water in the cabinet below. She quickly had a plumber there and a new faucet was installed the following day. A very nice place, especially for our group.

Very clean, comfortable and close to the beach. Nice porch to read, relax and enjoy the sun and breeze. We have stayed there before. The only thing I would caution anyone about is lots of stairs (bedroom is upstairs as well as stairs to entry) which I was aware of but may be difficult for someone. Nice quiet and clean surroundings as well. Close to pier and restaurants.

We came in much later than expected but the local contact was wonderful and incredibly helpful. I truly think they were the most responsive hosts we have ever had. RedAwnings on the other hand seemed to take forever to respond. If you need something quickly prior to your visit with a RedAwning rental, just know they probably won't respond any sooner than 24hrs. The backyard was great for the dogs and the random ducks and chickens from next door were an interesting surprise. The house was spacious and just a described. It was great having laundry on-site. This location is close enough to everything, but far enough away from all the beach traffic and chaos. We did enjoy sitting outside and looking at the stars as well. The pool is actual a little smaller than it appears and it was far too cold to actually use.

Great location with the public beach access close by, canal across the street and walking distance to putt putt and the pier. Heather was so kind!

Pete was a great host! Upon our arrival there was a personalized note along with chocolate chip cookies on the kitchen table! The house was super cute, very close to the beach and great restaurants. The host also offered us to stay an extra day on them if we were able to do so. If we did not have to get home for work, we would’ve stayed.

We stayed here for a quick getaway weekend while family was also vacationing in the area. The Cotton Patch Cottage was absolutely perfect for the two of us as it was very easy to get to the beach, was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. We were worried it might be noisy due to traffic as it’s on a main road but it was actually very quiet. Linda was super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was so interesting to see the photos in the house of how this beautiful little space was created - amazing use of space to provide everything one would need! Super cozy cottage and we would definitely stay there again the next time we are in the area. 😊

The place was nice and clean. Close enough to the beach. It size was big enough for my family of 6. The only thing I suggest is they get a little bigger couch for a family. We had a great time there and would probably like to stay again.

The place was awesome. It was clean & in a great location. Communication was great & she made us feel right at home. No complaints at all. Would recommend. We look forward to staying again soon.

Cute little house on a quiet street with very cold AC! Quick walk to the beach, quick drive to dining and shopping. Loni was super responsive and very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Really neat set up with tons to do in and out of the home. We were so busy with a volleyball tournament we didn't even have time to enjoy all the house had to offer...like the outdoor bar/kitchen area! Maybe next time.

Carrie was a great host. Alittle miscommunication on what to do upon leaving but overall the place was great, especially for dogs. Neighborhood was very friendly, safe and quiet. House was full of all the accommodations we needed and more!
