Good communication, the photos are realistic with the house and the house is well equipped!!! In summary, we would definitely recommend it.

We were very comfortable. If you have any questions, Juan Carlos was always on. And the heating, which at this winter time is important, was very well calculated so as not to be cold at any time. I would only recommend incorporating an internal manual clothesline with "wings" to the house equipment, because going out is uncomfortable when it is cold, and useless if it rains (which luckily was not our case, we had an incredible sun). Good garden and barbecue, which in summer should be much nicer. It's the houses we'd be happy to return to.

We rented this house to escape an end of summer in Madrid and Inmaculada's gardens and pool were perfect. The house despite being a semi-basement had plenty of space and sunlight. The description and photos were accurate. The house was well equipped and we felt right at home. Inmaculada was very friendly and helped us with some requests we made.

Miguel's home is wonderful for a large group: the rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the outdoor kitchen is another level! Perfect for organizing meals with everything you can imagine: bbq, wood oven, rosco for paella, plancha… all very handy and super well mounted. That pool space is very nice, and the pool itself is also great, and so beautiful illuminated at night… In addition, the environment is very quiet, it sleeps phenomenal, and in our case, the children had a great time, with the darts, the foosball, bringing fruit to the chickens… for them it has been the ideal place. And for the parents too, because we really enjoyed the time resting in the house, after so many hours in Puy du Fou. Miguel has been aware that everything was perfect, he has given us very good ideas and advice, and has been very friendly and accessible at all times. A fully recommended home and host!

Angeles greeted us in person, showed us around giving all required information about the swimming pool, bbq, etc. she was very kind giving us a local pastry as a welcome gift. Angeles also checked if we were comfortable or needed something during our stay. Lovely family stay!

Me and my husband came by plane from Sweden to Madrid to hang out 1 week with daughter, boyfriend and dog ( they travel around Europe by habit for 3 months. ) We got very good instructions around renting a car and getting to the house 40 min northeast of Madrid . Good info about walking paths and service in the nearby area ( within 10 km there are 3 urban areas with trade and service functions ) . We were greeted with good info, service and great trust at check-in and checkout. Lovely , fresh house with all the desirable features. Perfect with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for four adults. Personal decor with very interesting arts and crafts. Well-functioning kitchen , lush garden and fresh pool. Got a quick response to all of our questions that made it big as we've never been to Madrid before. Not everything can be read on the internet. Many thanks for the proactive info.

Simply spectacular. We stayed 5 couples in this house for a weekend and our experience could not be more satisfying. The spaciousness of its rooms, living rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc; the wonderful views from its gigantic balcony; the fantastic common areas and its large pool have loved us. Special mention to the sunset views that are seen from the pool, where it is sunny all day long to enjoy it. The house is fully equipped in terms of utensils and appliances. We haven't missed anything. We'll be sure to do it again for sure Pd: The attention from the 2 people who welcome you when you arrive and leave the house was spectacular, as well as all the arrangements with David, by phone were perfect. There was a slight setback and it was resolved in a great way. Thank you for everything.

Very kind and always attentive. Given any calls that had to be made by some circumstance, it helped us quickly. We missed washing machine and spare sheets for any urgency, although due to the availability of José Luis if we needed it, I think he would have contributed it quickly.

16 of us stayed here and it was perfect for a large group. It had everything we needed! Lovely pool and communal areas for eating together. Not far from the airport and the host was so lovely - picked up extra water and ice for us!

An amazing stay. The house is wonderful, with everything you might need. Very clean, well prepared. Communication with Ignacio and Noelia very fluid, whenever we needed something they were very quick to respond. The beautiful garden area, the very comfortable BBQ one. We were several adults and children and all were super comfortable. Wonderful

Everything was spot on, Daniel is a very responsive host and everything was delivered as promised. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at his place. Location is very convenient for anyone attending IFEMA convention center. I would rent again if I am ever in Madrid!

The house is fantastic. Just like you can see in the photos, very modern and super manicured. Everything is very clean, the garden is spacious and pleasant as well as the furnished terrace to enjoy. The barbecue is huge and they made it ready to use, 10 hosts. The huge pool, fresh and in total privacy. Good communication and services nearby.

Maria is an excellent host. Very responsive & happy to help. The Villa is immaculate both inside and out. Plenty of space and things to do for children of all ages (and adults). An excellent place for a larger group to relax and enjoy each other's company. I highly recommend!
