This was the 2nd property we stayed at of Kathy's. Great hosts in a perfect location and we will absolutely stay here again! very walkable location and a bus stop close by as well if needed. the room of beach equipment is a huge bonus! can't wait for our next trip back!

Great place and location! Exactly what I was looking for on my 46th birthday. Loved sitting out on the balcony with my wine watching the ocean waves. Even the sounds of them at night was heaven sent. My only complaint was a not so pleasant smell that lingered whenever the toilets were flushed. Could also have used more sets of towels and wash cloths; although it was stated of how many would be provided. There were no bath mats, which may be more of a personal preference. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay and got some well needed sleep. Thank you for such a clean and welcoming stay.

We booked the bungalow for my parents and stayed in the condo above them. The bungalow was perfect! They were very comfortable, and it was nice to have them so close to us. We’ve never stayed that close to the water. The beach was right out the back door. Beautiful! We couldn’t have picked a better location. Amanda was very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Charlie was a great host! He was on site the same day for a special request, and even turned up the heat in the pool without our asking. The home was very well equipped and clean. Despite a long list of amenities provided, we found additional items that we also packed. The pool area was very private and had something to offer in both sun and shade. The astroturf area was clutch for the babies to sit and play. The master bedroom, bathroom and seating area were lush. Bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the balconies in the morning and could be at the beach for sunset after a short drive and walk to public access. We would love to return to help make the Wisconsin winter a little shorter 😊

What a lovely condo! Perfect for a business conference at the Grand Hyatt, but much more comfortable than a hotel! Loved the balcony with the view of the water!

Best Airbnb that we've ever stayed in! The place was lovely, the neighborhood was peaceful, and our daughters loved the pool & spa. But what really made it stand out was the attention to hospitality details: from local recommendations to plenty of pool towels and sunscreen. We stayed over Thanksgiving, and local family came and stayed with us for a night. They loved the mattress they slept on so much, that they found a local mattress store and bought a matching new mattress for their home. The area seems to have recovered well from hurricanes Helene and Milton, although unfortunately the Crystal Beach Pier was destroyed. Hopefully they rebuild, because photos of that looked beautiful.

We had a lovely stay - it was a great long weekend away (highly recommend a January trip here if you’re from the Midwest!). The location was perfect, a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. Clean and spacious - it was an ideal space for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids. We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day out and about. The rooftop was pretty nice too. A tip is to bring your own toiletries - although there was plenty of hand soap in each bathroom, the place does not provide shampoo or soap, so make sure you bring your own. Jimmy was a great host, and very responsive to our questions. Thanks again for everything. We are hoping to come back again!

Great location - right on the beach! Private pool, clean accommodations and great food nearby!

We’ve stayed at this location twice. This being our second time we knew when we were looking for houses in this area this had to be the one again. Plenty of space for guests, fun game room, clean, and quick walk to the beach. Would absolutely book here again.

Our stay was so wonderful that we have already booked again for next year. The owner was very communicative and gave us some great recommendations in the area. Our teenage girls loved the hot tub and the great pool area for getting some winter sun. We loved that everything was within walking distance and didn’t drive our car once between the time we arrived and the time we left, but yet it was about a block off the beaten path so it was so quiet and peaceful. Kitchen had everything we could need and more. The whole family was blown away by the beautiful, peaceful and calming decor throughout the house and lots of space for us to all spread out in the house. Last and possibly most important while on vacation, the beds were so comfortable. If the area didn’t have so many great places to visit, we could have all stayed in bed all day. Thank you for a great week in Clearwater Beach!!

Booked this bungalow for a girls trip and we had the best time! The space was clean and inviting. Walking out the front door and directly onto a quiet semi-private beach was MAGICAL! Really my only complaint is we had a hard time getting the water in the shower to warm up. Rachel was so accommodating and provided some great recommendations for local spots to check out. Our group already can’t wait to go back!

We had a great stay with Cyndi! She made sure we had everything we needed & was communicating with us throughout the whole stay. The house was perfect & the short walk to the beach was even better. Would definitely book with her again if we decide to come back down to Florida!

The place was more than we could have imagined even from the pictures posted. It is literally just steps from the beach and tons of light that make the space full of light and bright and just relaxing. Amber was super attentive and reached out to make sure our stay was going well. When we made a request she was very accommodating. The place has everything one could think of and more. The only thing we needed was food in the fridge as everything else was provided. We felt right at home and spent more time at the beach than we thought we would. The beach itself was not crowded, maybe because it was a bit cooler than normal for this time of the year. We had a very restful, invigorating and relaxing time at Amber and Tim's place. When we are back down to the area, we will be looking to book with them again.

Nice host and location for our weekend stay in Clearwater! The inside of the Airbnb was perfect, cozy and clean. You can kinda hear and see the ocean as well from the deck, so that’s a lovely bonus. It was right off of the main road, so it was easy to get to and from restaurants and attractions. 10/10 for the location! I will say that we didn’t use the hot tub, even though we wanted to. It didn’t smell chlorinated, didn’t look very clean and there was sand in the seats. However not using the hot tub didn’t warrant a four star review, just something that I hope the hosts will clean more often!

Host was friendly and very helpful during stay. Amazing view, well equipped with a variety of beach supplies. Great location easy to beach access.
