Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Sunnyside, Laguna Beach

Me and my family thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Carmen. The place was clean, cozy and well decorated! Great communication as well. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Seaside Retreat was a 5++ star experience! We were already looking at calendars for when we could return before we left! Tracie has thought of everything! I work in the hospitality industry and travel quite a bit - this is the best Airbnb I’ve ever rented! The kitchen and dining area are huge and the kitchen is well supplied. The backyard includes a screened porch (w/tv) attached to a covered porch - both with tons of seating. All of that overlooks a perfectly sized pool (we had it heated for our New Year’s stay and it was PERFECT!). Tracie’s house has tons of pool & beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels and a wagon to haul it all the one block (6 min walk) to the ocean. Sunnyside Beach is a stretch of beach with no houses or hotels on the beach - which means it’s not crowded at all. Tracie is very available and made sure all was well upon arrival and was more than willing to help us find anything in the house or in town. Thank you, Tracie!

We had a blast at Angie’s house. The property was beautiful and spacious and fit our family and group perfectly. The house is close to the beach (3 minute drive) and would recommend a golf cart or car to get there. Lots of dining options around. We enjoyed Santa Rosa Beach which is a little less crowded than other 30a beaches. I would recommend bringing a few extra necessities such as paper towels, trash bags etc as we ran out of the starter supply. Also, pool/beach towels as those weren’t provided. The pool and hot tub were very convenient and a great spot to relax after the beach. Overall it was a fantastic house and I’d recommend!

Paul and Janet are wonderful hosts, and our stay with our pups was perfect. The house is well-located in a comfortable, quiet neighborhood with a quick walk to beach access and an easy drive to any nearby places in PCB or along 30A that you might be looking to visit. The backyard was great for the pups, and the house was well equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. Paul and Janet really go all out with personalized touches to make it a fun stay; we had a great time spinning records on the record player, playing games, and enjoying the Christmas tree/outdoor lights they had put in to make things feel festive and cozy. Paul and Janet were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with; we would definitely stay in their place again.

We really enjoyed our time here! Kids loved riding on the golf cart. Easy access to beach. Everything we needed was provided from the kitchen, to linens, and beach chairs/toys! Would definitely stay again!

Staying at this property was an exceptional experience! It is immaculate, with beautifully decorated rooms and top-notch amenities. The serene view and lush landscaping created a perfect retreat to include the Jacuzzi to relax at the end of the day. The kitchen is well-equipped, making meal prep a breeze, and the spacious living area is ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring Destin. Austin is incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring our stay was nothing short of perfect. The location is ideal, close to beaches and local attractions. Highly recommend for a luxurious, stress-free getaway!

LOVED the porch and the table/chairs as it provided a great area to hang outside. The location was VERY close to the beach. Mark is very responsive and helpful. It is only two car parking so be sure to plan ahead. However, Mark was able to work something out since we did have one extra car. The bunkhouse is indeed twin beds!! This was perfect for our family/friend fishing trip. 7 adults / 1 little kids (3yrs). Also, note the beach chairs/umbrella are nearing the end-of-life, we did bring our own, my personal chair ripped this trip as well! SMH. We are planning on an annual trip and this may just be the place!

The host were very accommodating for us to bring our furry friends with us. We timed the walk to the beach and just as the description says it was 7 minutes. Not a bad walk at all. Beach access has parking as well if you would rather drive. We had a good time. 😀

Clay was a great host, was very responsive with any questions. Even reached out with the potential tropical storm to keep us updated, we weren't even aware of the storm before that. Planning to come back again next year!

Instead of booking an expensive cabin for my bday this year, my fiancée and I decided to visit PCB in the winter due to more affordable prices. Never did we think we’d see 3.5” of snow on the beach during our stay! From before check-in to after checkout, Mira was a very helpful and responsive host. We had to extend our original stay by one night due to the iced-over roads, no problem. The condo is perfect for one couple (or couple + a small child or two). It was prestinely clean and organized. We were comfortable the entire stay and throughly enjoyed the gorgeous beach/sunset views from the balcony overlooking the newly-named Gulf of America! The kitchen was big enough to store the food/drinks that we brought and prepare our morning breakfast/coffee, snacks, and a dinner or two. We ate out at a few restaurants, as well. We utilized the resort amenities including the indoor pool, the outdoor hot tub, and the game room where we played ping pong, air hockey, and billiards. 10/10 ?

John’s place was perfect for our quick trip. The check-in instructions were clear and easy. Our condo was clean and stocked with enough essentials for a family of 4. The building and amenities were clean. It was nice to see staff onsite taking care of the property grounds. Also, really appreciated the fast elevators!

Loved my stay in this peaceful and private oasis! Jennifer was amazing throughout my month long stay. I had absolutely no problems and hope to visit again!

Apartment was in an amazing location next to the beach and the community itself had everything you look for a vacation. It was really a great location with a very competitive price. No complaints. Loved it. Host was very easy to connect with and communication was easy

This place was absolutely perfect! It is near everything, less than a 3 minute walk to the beach, and looked even better than the photos! Everything was super clean and the bed was so comfy! They even had chairs, a wagon and an umbrella that ended up being so convenient for us to use! I would stay here again and again! Amazing place!

This location more than served its purpose for my fishing trip. It was near a boat ramp and I liked the isolated nature of the cabin. I really only had a few issues with the place: -the pull out couch is almost unusable and very uncomfortable. -you have to share some amentities with the other cabins, the grill is one example. This was not an issue for us because the neighbors were very friendly and not on our schedule. Overall, this spot was great and would recommend for trips like mine with just a few adults that need a place to sleep. I would definitely come back.

if you were looking to get away and find yourself again this is a must stay. the sun rises and sunsets are breathtaking. is simple, cozy and everything you need to get away and find peace. Miss Deborah is wonderful. we had no issues whatsoever but anything that we asked she was right on top of it. super friendly very welcoming. you couldn't ask for a better host we've stayed at a lot of places and this one is right at the very top. one of our favorites and we will be lifelong visitors. what she is doing with the place is beyond words once again a must visit place for anyone who enjoys the outdoors in the country.
