A little on the side but close to a lot! The apartment is in a quiet residential area on Lundvallen in Sörberge. Private parking at the property. Very close to Timrå ice rink, floorball and football hall, electric light tracks, and Timrå's new swimming pool The accommodation is located right next to the beautiful Indalsälven river. The apartment is part of our garage , but with its own entrance with kitchen and bathroom on bv and upstairs with bed and sofa etc. Beautiful outdoor environment with seating area and views of the river. Car to Sundsvall it takes about 20 minutes.

At the golf course there is a restaurant with rights, as well as a paddle court. About 15 min. drive to central Sundsvall. The apartment is located in the center. Within 200m you will find restaurants, shops, grocery store, swimming pool and much more! It is possible to park a car in the yard completely free of charge if it is available. Must be booked in advance. One bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and bunk bed. The house is one of the oldest in Härnösand, it was built in 1841, but is tastefully renovated! Everything in the kitchen is available! The apartment is renovated January 2021!

Welcome to our home! We offer a bright and airy apartment in the center of Härnösand in the picturesque district of Östanbäcken. The apartment is a 2nd of 59 sqm and it is located on the second floor of our farmhouse. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and in the living room there is a daybed that can be transformed into a double bed. Unfortunately there is not a door to the living room but we have set up a curtain that can be drawn. Parking is just outside.
