Came to SV to ski with a friend for the weekend. We really appreciated the space, it has everything anyone could need for an awesome weekend stay. Shout out for kitchen utensils, cookware, comfy cozy comforter, heated floors in bathroom, parking, and location!

A cosy comfortable studio, clean and in walking distance to both the River Run ski lift and downtown Ketchum. Ann was very helpful and accommodating.

We loved this condo and will definitely book again! Super close - walkable even - to the lifts and downtown, but also super easy parking if you’d rather drive. The condo itself is on the first floor so easy access. Perfect ski storage, a gas fireplace, excellent beds, lots of space, remodeled bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen… there just isn’t anything to complain about. It’s very comfortable and VERY well stocked, particularly for cooking.

We had a wonderful time staying here for our family ski trip! Bri was always prompt in communication, which helped us get settled.

A great place in a great ski town. Easy walk to town, to grocery, and even walkable to the Bald Mountain ski resort. Loved the place.

Great location in Sun Valley! Just a few steps to the bus stop and an easy walk to the community hotel tub. The bed was comfortable and the shower amazing after a day of skiing!

Great location. walkable to hikes, restaurants and other downtown activities. Hard to find the correct building and know where to park without first going inside to look at the condo numbers. Walls are thin but the building as a whole has very quiet people.

This is a great place for a ski or active vacation. It’s not a ‘hang out at home and look at the views’ kind of place. It’s an older ski condo with all the stuff you need to cook, a nice common space, access to a spacious sauna and a hot tub, and a convenient location to the bus line. It’s not fancy. But it is perfectly suitable and would work well for 3 friends or a family.

This place was perfect for our family plus older grandparents (only a few steps up from parking lot). It was cute and well decorated, and almost every amenity you could think of was provided. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, spices and other needs. In condo laundry was a wonderful addition. The condo clubhouse is right across the street with a nice pool and spa, pool table, workout room, shuffleboard, tennis courts and more! It wasn't crowded either. We had dogs and it was easy to walk them nearby, town is about 10 minutes away by car. We rented and had e-bikes delivered so were able to ride all around. Bonus was small creek running behind the patio!. Meghan responded almost immediately to our question. Highly recommend!

Thank you to Tim and Heather for allowing our group to stay at their home in Ketchum. We had a fantastic time and were pleasantly surprised by how well stocked the kitchen of the Airbnb was. For future guests, it’s worth knowing they have everything you may need for a fun ski weekend including a crockpot, a fondue pot, towels for the hot tub, plenty of linens and lots of games and movies. Every question we had was answered immediately and Tim and Heather were incredible at meeting our needs. Thank you again for a weekend full of memories, we hope to come back some day.

Kent's place exceeded my expectations as far as space. The kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have a guarranteed parking space. The washer, dryer, & dishwasher was great to have available. The bed was comfortable. Neighbors were friendly. Kent was responsive and flexible. I had some trouble with the tv and just kind of gave up on it (I didn't ask Kent for help with it). The price was a good value for this place.

Basic apartment, suited our needs. Not as close to downtown or the mountain as I would have liked but not a bad drive either. We could not get the fireplace to work

This is one of the better Bluffs condos, with unbeatable mountain views, large well equipped kitchen and dining table for family meals, and nice outdoor deck for summer time use.

Best appointed place I have rented...felt right at home with all the comforts of home...from spices to laundry detergent/fabric softener to hot cocoa to tupperware to plenty of toilet paper to proper sponges to HDMI cable for the tv to shampoo and conditioner! And more.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Beth's condo. From start to finish, Beth was responsive and helpful. She answered all our questions quickly and provided great local tips and recommendations to make our visit a success. The condo is beautifully furnished, spacious, and spotless. Beth had many amenities on hand to make the stay, particularly with children, easier. We're so happy to have chosen Beth's condo for our trip!

We had a great stay! The place was very clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. The fitness center was fantastic, with a hot tub and sauna that were perfect for relaxing. The renovation is simple and nice, giving the space a cozy feel. On the downside, the bed was quite soft for our liking, and the washer and dryer were a bit old-school and noisy. However, these were minor issues compared to the overall experience. Overall, it’s a very good place to stay, and we would definitely recommend it!

The late check in process was really smooth, and the condo was clean and well-kept. It was a bit pricey, but to be in walking distance of the Sun Valley lodge and have use of the pools was amazing. There was plenty of space for my family of 6, and we all had a great time!

Wonderful condo! The place was nicer than the photos. Everything was provided in the kitchen for whatever you would wish to cook. The beds were fabulous and everything was clean. A 5 minutes walk to the hot pool at the Sun Valley Inn. Definitely recommend Nikki's condo for your stay in the Sun Valley area.

This Airbnb was much better than anticipated and was perfect for three couples. Each bedroom had their own bathroom and provided comfort and privacy. The living space was a great place to relax together and was well equipped. Lisa was beyond willing to go the extra mile to help us have an unforgettable experience. The location was perfect. Highly recommend this place for a true Sun Valley experience.

Great location for exploring this region of Idaho! We used this as base for exploring Ketchum/Sun Valley, Stanley, Twin Falls, Mackay & Craters of the Moon NM. Would stay again! We were there during a heatwave and there are enough fans that the lack of AC isn't an issue. The community pool was great to cool off in after a day of exploring.
