Holiday houses in Sumurbandung

the place is the same as the pictures, very pretty and spacious. its pet friendly, so we also could bring our 2 dogs🐶 the team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. there were a few hiccups but they provided fast response and resolution for the issues. due to an issue we ended up moving to the 2nd floor. when i noticed i lost my hair clip in the morning before checking out, i asked to help check to see if it was on the 3rd floor. then the staff sent me my hair clip less than 5 mins after my report👏🏻🙏🏻 for my fam, the con is the access. the location is nice, but the access are alleys on very steep hills. if you dont mind that, then this place is the right one for you:)

The unit, the facilities of the building and the view from our rooms was great. Rini the staff was also communicative. The instructions to get the key, entering building, and using facilities inside the unit were also clear and helpful.

The villa was great and we can have fun there. It is cozy and spacious. However, the bed in the 3rd floor feels too soft for me.

This place truly felt like home! The kids absolutely loved the jacuzzi and the bathtub – they had so much fun! The facilities were not only complete but also spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We especially appreciated how pet-friendly the property is, as it made the whole family, including our furry friend, feel welcome. Highly recommended!

more dizzy looking for villas during high seasons , suddenly find this villa, which costs afordable and turns out to be as expected , thank God the villa is comfortable , fragrant and clean , the guardian father is also good, God willing, next time you can come here again , and hopefully in the future more facilities are yaaah, such as karaoke, fun games (billiards, etc) , mini playground , thank you kava stay ❤️✨️

Superb experience to stay 2 nights here. At first, it’s an easy to miss to see the alley, but we find no issue for the next time. The pictures match with the real condition. The room smells nice too! One down point is in the 2nd floor bathroom, the water heater is not function at all since the 2nd night. Meanwhile in the 1st floor bathroom, the water heater is function normally. Overall, it meets up our expectation, would love to come again if there is another chance. Thanks kak Saskia for hosting us!

We had an amazing stay! All was great, host was very responsive and helpful. One suggestion - you should’ve provide some fork as basic utensils. Looking forward to stay at another cottonwood properties!

The house is spacious and clean. It located in a cluster environment, makes it quiet and peaceful during the stay. It has water heater, water dispenser, stove, dine and kitchen utensils.
