Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Sumner

Even better than we had expected. Hosts were great with info and updates. Comfy main living area, with enough BR privacy to give everyone a little space. Plus the back covered deck w/ hot tub & TV is great for a chill evening hang.

The house itself was immaculate and cozy, but what truly made it special was the stunning view—surrounded by scenic and tranquil nature, it was the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. Jing was very responsive when we messaged her and very helpful providing instructions. The accommodation was very nice and private, as it is on the same property as the owners we expected to see them around but hardly did. It was a very pleasant stay. We had a very pleasant stay.

2 properties right next door to each other, it was good for our group of 10. The hot tubs, pool table, and darts board were a perfect end to our busy days. Less than a 10 minute drive to the city center which was great!

Maree hosts a fantastic, beautiful, comfortable renovated villa home in a superb location that remains private and serene. She was a great host and I could not recommend staying here highly enough.

The best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Perfect for a big family! We loved it so much we extended an extra night. Phil & Joy were super responsive and lovely. We made great use of the pool and spa, it was lovely on the hot days. Cousins recommend this place enough ❤️

My wife and I stayed in this lovely three bedroom, two bathroom restored farmhouse for just two nights in March. The view is fantastic and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything you could want in the large living quarters. It’s really nice to sit outside on the porch and watch the tide change on the bay and the light change on the hillsides over the cute town of Akaroa. The hot tub on the porch is an added bonus. The kitchen space was great for making almost all of our meals. We’d gladly stay here again, and are in fact planning a longer return trip.
