Very nice stay. As advertised. I appreciate hosts who offer a cleaning incentive over hosts who require that you pay a cleaning fee and also have you clean up. This checked those boxes. Definitely would stay again

Aaron was a great host. Very quick to respond to questions. The house was just as the photos showed. Had everything we needed for our stay. The outdoor space was great for our dogs. Lots of room.

We’re glad it came with a functional grill, as we had brought dinner meats etc. to prepare. Extremely clean and pristine walls, bedsheets, rooms, and floors. Perhaps a large card table upstairs to play games with chairs would have been more comfortable for us, as we had brought large strategy card games. The smartlock was a pleasure to use. And the showers had nice hot water. The hot tub was a joy and we soaked in it multiple times throughout our stay. Although, it seemed to blow out occasional cool water from some of the jets positioned at the legs.

My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The host was incredibly welcoming, with excellent communication and clear instructions for an easy check-in. The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed, including a cozy bed, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen. Thoughtful touches like quality coffee, local guides, and a personalized note made it feel special. The location was ideal—close to downtown but in a quiet area. This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend it and would gladly stay again!

Josh and Nicole were fantastic hosts! Their place was clean and exactly as pictured. The hot tub was our main reason for selecting this property. The hot tub was well maintained and easy to access. No complaints! We will definitely plan to stay again for our next trip on the area.

First time staying at this home … perfect location to walk to a Butler basketball game … only a couple minute drive to grocery store, coffee shop, pharmacy, etc. Very quiet neighborhood & the house was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend. We had zero issues or questions, so never had to reach out to Ellen.

The absolute best! From the minute you walk in the door, you can relax in comfort. I travel for work, have stayed in too many places to count and this suite tops them ALL. It is extremely clean, smells GREAT, & is stocked full of goodies! Phil & Jane Ann go above & beyond to make your stay wonderful. Snacks, beverages, toiletries, anything you can imagine, they had it waiting for us. The shower head & pressure was amazing. The bed & linens are to die for. Although it is attached to the main house, it is very private. Phil & Jane Ann are very responsive but also very respectful of your privacy. The TV is large & wifi is great. The couch & recliner are oh so comfy! The neighborhood is quiet & safe. Parking out front is easy & safe. I am so happy that I booked this suite! Book today with confidence! You'll be happy you did!
