Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Summit County

Everything about the house was exactly as described and had no hiccups. The house had an immense amount of furnishings and kitchenware to do anything you needed in the house.

The apartment felt as comfortable as my own home. It was quiet and private. A great hub location for skiing within close access of many ski areas.

Great little house in the mountains. Off the main hustle of Breck, which was great for relaxation but not too far away from downtown. We could probably have walked but was here in the wintertime so some of the walking trails had a lot of snow. Well organized kitchen with lots of amenities made cooking easy. Bedrooms are small but the house was a good size for 4 adults to live comfortably together for a few days, though we were outside cross country skiing for a lot of that!

We had a great stay in Breckenridge with Jack and Jerrod. They were great host, very accommodating. The house was perfect for our large family of different ages. Our experienced ski/snowboarders were able to ski out. The shuttle or Uber was also used often. The Gondola was an easy free way to see things the first day. We enjoyed the shops downtown. Blue moose was great for breakfast per the host rec. We used ski butlers who were awesome and brought the rentals we needed right to the house and also picked up from the house too, highly recommend this service. We had a great time and would recommend this house and the hosts for sure!

Sheila was so fantastic. The house was nice and big and was a wonderful base for our 3 kids under 4 to be while we skied! Sheila even brought over extra toys, a pack and play, and a high chair for our young children! We loved using the hot tub after a long ski day and sitting by the fire at night. The house was also very conveniently located to town and we just drove into the gondola lot each day which was very easy. We were sad to leave!!! Would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to make a comfortable ski base in the mountains!

Our stay at Janet's place was great. we loved that the shuttle was right out the front door and could get us to go the slopes in minutes. There was plenty of space for 7 adults and the house was fully equipt with everything we needed. The basement provided a great space for us gear up before the slopes.

Had a great stay and wonderful trip to Breck. The house was everything we expected and more! Only a short trip to town, very spacious, and extremely well equipped. Easily one of our top 5 family vacations. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

Great location for our family winter/ski trip. Walking distance to bus stop to Winter Park. Walking distance to the sledding hill and Fraser River Trail access is out the front door. Great condo for a family with small children- games and puzzles for little ones, kitchenware for kids, and interior bedroom with no window for daytime naps. Heated pool and hot tub access as extra amenities. Perfect stay for a young family! Clean condo. Pictures are accurate. Highly recommend for a great condo in a walkable location close to Winter Park resort.

Amazing spot for my fiancé and i with our two dogs. Right next to the shuttle that took us straight to the gondola but when we wanted to walk it only took 15 mins to get into town. Super cozy as well. We will definitely be back! :)

Tara went above and beyond to help us - we got stuck in a snow storm that left us stranded in Silverthorne and she was very quick and responsive to find us a solution for the night - we were in constant communication with her through the process - I highly recommend Tara for whatever need you might have in the Region.

Enjoyed our stay at Beau’s apartment. Comfortable for the five men in our group. Space seemed recently renovated - bathrooms, beds and kitchen were modern and comfortable. About an 8 minute walk to the Vail shuttle stop.

This condo is a little gem in the heart of Winter Park! Nestled behind a grove of Aspen trees, it is so private and I was able to walk to town and the bus to the ski resort is a few steps away. Inside, it’s a cozy getaway- with a lovely fireplace. I just love staying here!

Jamie‘s place was simply… Lovely! She makes it so warm, comfortable and welcoming and we truly enjoyed our stay at her beautiful home! It was sparkling clean with well thought out amenities and furnishings. We also really enjoyed meeting her wonderful pup Hugo and getting to meet her in person as well, a very welcoming and friendly hostess! I’ve never stayed in Frisco before. It is the ideal central spot. Ira’s place was super easy to get to everything in town and to the ski resorts. Would stay again for sure

Excellent accommodations for a ski weekend in Breckenridge! Clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to the slopes. Easy and flexible check in, too.

We loved our stay! The condo was just as described and the location is perfect. I completely botched my reservation and thought we were staying an additional night. Stephanie was so gracious and kind about my error and I was so grateful for that!

Comfortable, clean, great location. All around 5 star. The place has style, the owners designed it well. It fit my family of 4 (plus dog!) very nicely. Yes a little small, but the space, and storage works well. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the place as a group of 4 friends for 6 days. Brian provided clear instructions and did everything possible to ensure we had best possible experience. There were a few issues in the condo (missing salt, scratched pans, not working cooking surface light, malfunctioning electric kettle), but once communicated to Brian, we got new pans and salt next morning. These things happen and what’s important is that the host does everything to fix it very quickly. Would stay there again!

Susan was a great host! Extremely responsive from start to finish. Clear directions for everything. Kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms were well stocked with everything we needed for our ski stay. Comfortable living area, excellent dining space and very well stocked kitchen for cooking meals. Extra blankets and pillows for everyone as well. Highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

This was our 3rd year staying at Mary and Alan’s place. Wonderful condo that is spacious, bright and near the slopes. We were comfortable and utilized the additional amenities right across from the building - hot tub, heater pool, and sauna. The kids used the sleds to slide behind the condo, which was an additional plus, as I was able to monitor them directly from the windows.

This place was perfect for our stay! Super close to the main drag, public transport, and a grocery/liquor store. Theirs even a shortcut with stairs, so you can be to Cecilia’s in 3 minutes. The host was very detail oriented and responsive, and it felt very private. Would definitely stay here again!
