We had a wonderful stay with our baby and 2 small dogs! Beautiful home in a great location! It had everything we needed and more. It was so easy to get to downtown Charleston and the ride was beautiful and scenic. You can also walk to two great restaurants: Paisanos pizza and for breakfast the Smoky Yolk. We would love to stay here again and highly recommend it!

This house is FABULOUS! Came for a girls weekend and would 10000% stay here again and again. The beach is an easy 8 minute walk from the house, the amenities (sauna, hot tub, game room) are incredible, and the back patio is perfect for morning coffee. I LOVE this house!

Laurence’s place was in a great neighborhood and was very clean. An easy drive or uber to downtown but walkable to things in the area.

The house was perfectly located for my group. We were attending a family birthday. We had guests coming in and leaving for different nights and John was flexible. One bedroom is very small and had one twin bed. Not a problem for us because of numbers. But could be for a larger group. Nice touch having sinks in bedrooms.

My friends and I truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. The backyard was perfect for our two dogs and the firepit and outdoor seating was a nice touch! Location is great and not too far from Downtown Charleston. Kathy was very kind and was flexible with our check-in time. Kathy was also very responsive. The house was exactly as described and we were more than comfortable with 3 couples staying there. Thanks Kathy!

This place was amazing! Everything that we wanted and more. The house itself was gorgeous and very clean. The pool was awesome and the house had everything we had hoped for. It was in a quiet area but only a few minutes from the city and coast. A great place to get away for a relaxing trip with some friends. Renee was a great host :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our StayDuvet space in Charleston. The location was perfect as it was within walking distance of everything; the space was quiet, cozy, comfortable and pristine. There was barely a reason to reach out to the team outside of our check-in and departure but when we did have a question, a team member was super responsive and followed up to make sure we had our question answered. We would definitely consider staying with StayDuvet again as we hope to do some more exploring in Charleston.

Great spot in downtown. Quiet and comfortable plus it's walkable to many restaurants. It's close to the Ravenel Bridge pedestrian walkway which is nice to be able to get out and walk the bridge on a nice day. Highly recommend staying here, comfortable beds and will definitely stay again in the future!

I stayed here with an infant and a toddler for a long weekend… It was great! Great location that was walkable to King Street and different restaurants. Super helpful that the host had a pack and play available for use as well as a washer/dryer. The only thing I would know is that the included parking space is a bit tight and we had a larger SUV so it was hard getting the kids in and out… But not a problem parking there and if you had a smaller car it would be totally fine. I highly recommend for a Charleston weekend!

The location cannot be beat and the apartment was cute and comfortable. Ashley was very responsive. Would absolutely recommend to others and stay again.

Probably the best Airbnb we have experienced in Charleston. Great location with very thoughtful amenities including a sound machine to drown out any late night stragglers, full kitchen and coffee bar setup, and a very nice Dyson hair dryer. The private heated pool area was a wonderful extra as well. Perfect location right off of upper King street near some of the best restaurants, shops, and bars. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to fellow travelers.

Jerry and Kelly were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, well decorated and very comfortable. We really enjoyed walking out on the dock w our coffee and pup in the mornings.

We had a great time staying here and loved the neighborhood. So close to King St and all of its restaurants and bars. Still within walking distance of the old city. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for our long weekend in Charleston! We were able to walk to a lot of great places, but since we had also rented a car, it was great that there was an off street parking spot. The place was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

Better than described! Felt right at home with thoughtful amenities such as spare umbrellas, plush throw blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. The chilled bottle of wine upon check in was icing on the cake! Would highly recommend for a quiet, yet walkable neighborhood in Charleston.

The location was beautiful and very peaceful! It was close to some of my favorite places in Charleston. Jenny was very kind and responsive and I will definitely book here again!

We had at great stay at Charlie’s place! Loved the keyless entry. The condo was very nicely decorated-NOT the usual beat up furniture you often see at a rental. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom a nice size. The kitchen and living room very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the screened balcony overlooking the marsh in the evenings. The location of the condo is excellent. In fact it’s very close to a bakery/restaurant that has amazing pastries. Charlie is an excellent host. He responded very quickly to messages.

Great stay on IOP, easy walk to the beach and restaurants, etc. Clean and stocked appropriately. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay here. Adam was very responsive and helpful. Location was great and the views from the condo were awesome. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and the condo is a fairly short drive away from Charleston. Would highly recommend staying here.

Myra's place exceeded out expectations! We had a very nice, quiet, and peaceful stay in Mariners Cay for Christmas! It's a very cozy and comfortable condo with great views. Myra is a wonderful host, providing detailed information that made checking in and out a breeze and I appreciated her checking in on us during our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The condo was clean, furnished and stocked well, and decorated beautifully. Hiroko was very helpful and pleasant. The area was quiet at night and in the morning. We could actually hear the waves as we went to sleep. One thing I appreciated is that the linens, towels and even toilet paper were nice - not just the cheapest version as you often see in a rental. Beach access was convenient, as were several restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!

Great little beach condo with a covered parking space and easy access to all things Folly beach and Downtown Charleston is not a far drive. Condo was clean and as described and the host provided great instructions. Nothing in the condo was too fussy. Just a nice easy stay. If you’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs like we have, you know what I mean about “fussy”/complicated instructions/stays/parking. Would definitely come back. Very homey and comfortable.

Overall had an excellent stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, great location and plenty of space for a long weekend. There were a few things I would have liked to have that were not available. There was no dishwasher detergent so I had to buy some. There were no trash bags either. If we had stayed another day, we would have had to buy some. It’s very walkable to the beach and restaurants which was fantastic. The grocery store was across the street as well. Very quiet. We would stay here again.
