This was a fantastic location with a great pizzeria nearby as well as a fabulous French pastry and coffee cafe. This location is very near to nearby downtown and residence was cozy and provided all the comforts. We highly recommend!

We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

Jose was a very responsive host and we appreciated his communication. The house matches the description well and was very clean upon arrival. The location is off the main highway, which is great, but is across from the back of the post office distribution center so can be a little noisy at times. It is quite walkable to the grocery store and some restaurants/ shops. We also brought our 2 dogs (with permission of the owner) and the yard is very well set up for that as it is fully fenced in, except for the dock area.

What a lovely property! The whole team could not have been more accommodating, with endless local tips, helpful info, always around to help with any request…. I could go on and on. Could not recommend more!

Looks just like the photo’s. Unfortunately weather was a little chilly the first couple of days. When it warmed up we enjoyed the local cabana club with the heated pool, beach and restaurants. The accommodations were spacious and clean.

What a great find! Everything we needed was there! Quick walk to everywhere: beach, Duval street fun, restaurants and grocery store. So glad we went with this air bnb and not the hotel we normally go to. Saved so much money. Loved the privacy!

Amazing oasis from the cold up north and from the bustle of town when you need a peaceful moment by the pool. The outdoor kitchen is incredible and the boat dockage is great.

We were looking for a great place close to a small beach, an ocean view, which was clean and could house our family comfortably. This place did that and provided a place away from tourist crowds. Very nice place

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Great place to stay on your trip to the keys!

We stayed here for a whole week and it was very awesome everything way exceeded our standards and we cant wait to come back!

Very nice place with excellent amenities. The heated pool was awesome! Worked out great for our family. The only minor issue was the noise from the nearby airport was loud at times and there were frequent construction trucks driving by. We live in rural area with no noise, so we were probably more sensitive to it, but we did get used to it and it wasn't a major problem. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. We brought our boat and was able to dock it out back. Had some issues with the pool but Amy did everything she could to resolve it quickly. Overall my family had a great time.

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

I don’t want to say much because I would like to see some vacancies so I can come back (:. It was a really cool spot and the it easily accommodated 3 couples. The pool areas makes you feel you are off in a totally Private place. My only negative is that a little bit of flexibility on check out. would have been easy to accomodate. I simply requested to stay in the parking space for a couple of hours past 10 o’clock checkout. We were out of the house just wanted a safe spot of a full car. Check in is at 4 so should have been okay but we got a hard no!

We absolutely loved our stay at Naomi’s! The location was perfect - quiet and peaceful, but close enough to Duval Street to walk to restaurants, shops, anything you need. The inside space is small, but more than adequate with a king size bed that has storage underneath for your clothes, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. The outside space was gorgeous! We spent most of our time out there, drinking coffee, getting in the hot tub, or laying in the hammock. Every time we contacted the host we got almost immediate response. We accidentally left a cell phone at the property, and they had it shipped back to us overnight. It was back in our hands the very next day. The staff on premise were really helpful. The room was cleaned and linens replaced daily. We could not have asked for more! Don’t forget to try the Cuban coffee shop on the corner, or the Cocomelon on Duval Street a block away for the piña coladas!

really fantastic rental. our family has a wonderful week here. we loved looking at the beautiful blue water everyday. so peaceful and tranquil. the house had everything we needed. kayaks and paddle boards were great. location was perfect for us. quick to stores and restaurants. would highly recommend.

House was beautiful with a large enough dock for us to bring our boat! Great location for fishing and exploring the Keys! Highly recommend!

Perfect location to great restaurants, bars with great live music, historical sites and touristy things to do. Our host Joe was very helpful and quick to respond to a dumb issue that I had. Our host was right, we wanted to stay longer!

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

Welcome to a little piece of paradise! This studio apartment was so peaceful and private. The deck outside of the living space was the best for morning sun and coffee. The views from the apartment were spectacular! Please make sure to take in the sunset. A few roaming Key Deer were just icing on the cake. Can't wait to return some day soon!
