Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Sumida River

Lovely home. Close to Disney. Communication was wonderful throughout the whole process. Was kind enough to provide an additional baby’s crib for the twins. Parks close. Upscale neighborhood. Would definitely book again.

Maison’s place was a great place to spend our trip in Tokyo. Conveniently located, it is only a few short steps from the train station, which is one stop away from Ikebukuro station. The house itself was well kept and clean, and there was even a washing machine, which was helpful since we were there for a week. There was also lots of space, which is very hard to find in Tokyo! The hosts were very hospitable and allowed us to check in early on the day and were also flexible with allowing us to checkout late since we had a later flight. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a convenient location while also being away from the noisier areas of the city!

We really love Yoshi’s place. Sensoji temple is right by the backyard and it was always a beautiful walk going home. Lots to do in the area, great restaurants and there’s a 24hours don Quijote nearby. ASAKUSA train station is also walking distance. Highly recommended and I love the personal touch in the airbnb like the polaroid camera. Yoshi is very helpful and accommodating with our needs. Would love to stay again and highly recommended this place.

The place is great, it is a house with 3 rooms, 2 metro stations very close which makes it very easy to move around the city, konbini very close too, the space of the place is quite as it is a house, we were 3 people, each with 2 large suitcases and we had a lot of space, if I return to Tokyo I would definitely repeat hosting here.

The place was easy to go and it is near the JR station. The apartment was clear

Great hosts that are caring. They provided me with a binder full of instructions and information about transportation and surrounding restaurants. They offer to pick you up from the station nearby and to drop you off. I had a last minute change to my schedule and had to leave a day early. They were kind enough to drop me off at Aoto Station within 30mins of me alerting them of my sudden departure. Very kind.

Our family really liked the location of the pencil house. It's almost right next to the Shinjuku station, with a quick and pleasant walk, you'll be at the center of activities. If you walk in the other direction for a few minutes, you can get into small alleys with lots of local restaurants. The pencil house itself is cozy, very unique, and everything functions quite well. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Ritsuko was a wonderful host. She was very responsive and provided us with a lot of helpful information for our trip. When we arrived she walked us to the home and was so kind. She checked in on us multiple times and even helped us call our luggage delivery service when we had issues with delivery. Home was wonderful, super close to the train station and a short walk from everything we wanted to do in shinjuku. Would definitely recommend this air bnb if you are planning a trip to Tokyo

This is a wonderful apartment in Tokyo, especially if you’re after western conveniences. The heated floors keeps the whole apartment cozy and warm, the washer dryer set up is excellent if you don’t have time to hang laundry, the beds are super comfortable and all amenities are provided. In addition to the wonderful apartment June is one of the best hosts I’ve had on Airbnb. She is extremely helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend her home.

A very accessible spot in the centre of Shibuya. Close to the station, close to a Lawson’s yet still in a quiet and relaxing space.

Not bad value for the money! It was nice to have two spacious beds in two rooms.

We are a family of four including 2 kids and stayed for about one week here in peak winter - the new year holidays in Japan. Property is clean, with rays of morning sun, bathing you through the windows. Kids loved the Alexa in house! The location is very close to subway station and made hopping to bustling shinjuku,Tokyo stn and Yamanote line very easy and comfortable. The convenience stores are at a minute s walk away and a 24 hour open small supermarket is also very close. The place is good for two adults , however two kids could be accommodated easily. The host is very helpful and can communicate well in English. He cared and arranged any thing that we required. When we landed at Haneda Airport, he even arranged a pick up for us , which brought us to the property hassle free, and with a beautiful route through Tokyo skyline. The lift is small but luggage could be transported easily. We enjoyed cooking at the house on 1 Jan when everything was closed. Loved the stay!

Lost my keys Didi was so helpful and responsive

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Dash Living- close to pharmacy, seven eleven, Excelsior coffee shop, and other quaint restaurants. Easy to get to and to get around. Close to Tokyo station. Only ick was an unpleasant odour when we checked in, but we went to the Daiso close by and bought some spray and opened the balcony door. Overall we were very pleased with the location and would recommend Dash living.

A perfect stay for a few days in Tokyo! The apartment was clean and spacious with incredibly helpful instructions throughout. The neighborhood was centrally located but also very quiet and peaceful. The subway station and several restaurants were a short walk away. Masami was very communicative as well and left us fun snacks to try :)

This Airbnb was in a nice peaceful area, away from the busy city. Good location to the train station, easy to find. Sho was a great host and was very helpful with our stay and check in/out process. I would happily visit again. Thanks Sho!

The place is a gem. Great location, lots of space, fine kitchen. Toshi was a great host, very helpfull.

Great apartment, very well located (close to several major transport lines such as the yamanote line, about 12 min walk, very convenient for traveling in the flagship areas of tokyo). It is very clean and true to the pictures. The only thing to complain about is that it may be a little narrow for 6 people, but for 3 (as we were) it's just perfect everyone has their room and 2 toilets it's really excellent. The host is very responsive and efficient. A great Airbnb, if I go back to Japan once I will think of this Airbnb.

Great location with easy access to the train. Lots of restaurants and shops to make your stay easy. Very spacious apartment with very attentive host who makes sure you are well taken care of (even with some tasty beverages awaiting you in the fridge!) would definitely stay here again.

Surrounding has many good restaurants and convenience stores, even has supermarket & drugstore! Highly recommend staying as the place was clean & very accessible & host was very responsive!

2nd time staying and the location mixed with a fantastic apartment for myself wife and 3 year old makes us want to stay again. Highly recommend

Great location: near the hustle & bustle but removed enough for peace and quiet. Had all the needed amenities, would stay again.

Convenient, clean and the double bathroom was a plus! Elevators made taking luggage up and down easier, close proximity to grocery and convenience stores. A bit on the smaller side, but a good stay. Thank you!
