Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Sulzberg

We were traveling with a larger group of girls. The space was optimal for this. We had several small bedrooms with two to three beds, all of which were prepared for me a lot of love. We especially liked the large kitchen in the lower apartment. Here we could sit together wonderfully for a long time in the evening. However, if you wanted, you also had the opportunity to go into the bedrooms. For us, it was a great stay and the layout with 12 people on the two apartments and two bathrooms was great.

We had a perfect weekend here! The place was very clean and the kitchen was superbly equipped. Daniel was always immediately available for questions and very helpful. We can definitely recommend the place and would be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tom’s place. The location is fantastic for exploring Oberammergau and there are a lot of activities nearby to keep busy. Lots of good Bavarian restaurants that are easily walkable, and many local shops and wood carving shops. The house was very clean and the sauna and fireplace were nice to come back to after a long snow day in the mountains. If you’re attending the NATO school, the shuttle bus stop is only about 200 meters away, (right across from Hotel Wolf) so it’s very easy to get back and forth. The pictures don’t do the house justice, as it was even nicer and bigger than we expected. Tom was very flexible and allowed us to add an extra day onto our stay, as we had been enjoying it so much. The only thing to be aware of is that there’s no freezer in the house. Luckily it was cold enough outside to keep the ice cream that we bought frozen! 😁 Highly recommend staying at Tom’s place!

We had a super nice weekend as a group. The accommodation was ideal, location quiet, everything very clean, beautiful large garden and enough space for everyone. Many hiking opportunities around the house and other activities. The communication with Janin was very good and super friendly. Thank you again! ☺️

The stay at Josef's place was fantastic, the apartment we had was on the top floor with balcony and the Alpenspitze and Zugspitze mountains in sight. The house is very close to the beautiful Ludwig Avenue in Partenkirchen. The house is decorated with beautiful features and we had a warm welcome, both on arrival and departure where we were given a small gift that we will keep as a memory. Highly recommended place!

I would have liked to have given more stars. Rarely had such a beautiful, brand new, like super clean apartment and I've really been traveling worldwide for 10 years. I liked the easy but reputable communication with Petra and Markus best. Very, very open, friendly and absolutely flexible with ALL wishes. Thank you for everything.

Stayed here for a few nights over new year’s and we loved it. The hosts (owners) are really lovely people and we found everything in the apartment to be great and well equipped. Just be prepared to drive as groceries are not so nearby. But to be expected with a location like this.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

Super apartment for our ski weekend with 6 adults. The apartment with the amenities, location and uncomplicated communication with the landlord was perfect for us. Highly recommended is a visit to the neighboring wellness area of the AJA Hotel. You can relax there after a busy day in the snow. Moon-Shine rate for about €10 for full relaxation with bath and sauna from 7 PM - 9 PM!!! We are very satisfied and look forward to next year.

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. We booked this place very last minute, late at night, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Check-in was seamless, and the space was spotless—perfect for my family. But the real highlight came in the morning when we woke up to absolutely stunning views. This host and home definitely deserve all five stars!

Great spacious accommodation. Close to the mountains and some towns.

We felt very comfortable at the place, it was clean, quiet and has everything we needed. The kitchen has almost everything except an oven. The apartment offers spacious space and is comfortably furnished. From Nonnenhorn you can make many excursions around Lake Constance: Lindau, Bregenz, Meersburg etc. are right next door.

We felt incredibly comfortable in the apartment. There is a separate entrance with a cute little terrace. The equipment of the apartment is really super good. You don't need anything because everything is set up and thoughtful down to the last detail. Very friendly welcome , helpful tips by Sandra. A beautiful, very clean and super coordinated, cozy yet modern apartment. We felt right at home and there is everything you need. Lovingly down to the last detail , even towels and dishes fit in color . We had a great stay and will be back for sure.

As a family, we spent two nights with Björn and Sabine. The apartment was absolutely clean and offers enough space with two sofa beds and a spacious bedroom. A few board games are also provided and Björn was very accessible as our contact person and super nice :)
