Holiday rentals with breakfast in Sullivan County

Beautiful stay! I spent a lot of time looking for the perfect Airbnb and I definitely made the right choice with this one

What an absolutely WONDERFUL stay my husband and I had here!! Everything was perfect and Jill was so lovely to chat with. We sat by the fire and it felt like old friends even though we had just met! The room was larger than we thought and super squeaky clean. Lots of natural light. We honestly didnt want to leave. Their little dog Rigney was such a delight - such a cuddle bug. Jill’s place is a must if you are in the area. Lots to do and within walking distance to the main street. Thank you again Jill for accommodating us last minute! It was so fun!

I had the most wonderful time at Daphne's lovely home in the beautiful hills and woods of Ellenville. The cozy room and attached bathroom unit was exactly as described and such a great overnight retreat. I had the best conversations with Daphne and loved spending time with her new puppy. I took a beautiful walk down the rural forest road she lives on right before sunset before having a delicious meal at the restaurant she recommended, did some stargazing and then enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep, before yummy coffee and more conversation the next morning. Great combination of peace and privacy and warm, stimulating interaction. I felt so welcome and all my needs attended to. Even came away with the very ceramic arts mug (made by Daphne!) that I had coffee out of in the morning! I will definitely be back to stay again and highly recommend!

Perfect for a weekend getaway! The Zen Farmhouse is a well kept, cozy and clean gem. A peaceful getaway retreat and convenient while visiting SDM. The host, Diana, goes out of her way to be sure you have everything you need to enjoy your stay. MIss the serene vibes already and hope to get back there soon....

Myself Lucy and Cricket the dog had a lovely 1 night stay at Andrea’s place! Lovely older home and comfy bed, Andrea was super friendly and helpful and even kept Cricket company when went out for dinner. Close to town and right off a main road!

Diana's space is very special. It is surrounded by beautiful nature and the interior is quiet, calm, and relaxing. Very good recommendations for food and hiking nearby!

We had a wonderful time at Andrea's AirBNB. I specifically wanted to stay here because the house was my girlfriend's childhood home, but it was a lovely trip even without the sentimental factor. Andrea kept in touch with me to make sure the weekend would work before we booked, and she was easy to talk to and communicate with during our stay. The bed was very soft & comfortable, the area is beautiful, and even though it was February and freezing we took the chance to enjoy the fire pit and see some stars. Looking forward to future trips down the line!

We had a truly lovely stay at Aaron’s place. There’s something so special about Narrowsburg and Aaron’s warm hospitality & delicious breakfast made it even more special. The house is walkable to everything on Main St- comfy beds, cozy feeling and full of charm. Wish we could have stayed longer and will absolutely be back in the summer months!

Linda's place is exactly as described. Photos were identical to what you got in real life. Quiet area, 12 minute drive to Calicoon and Bethel Woods, about 20 to Narrowsburg where there are lots of cute shops and restaurants. The sunroom had a beautiful view of the fall foliage. We loved coming back at night and starting a fire to get cozy (much needed since the room was a bit chilly). Linda was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay.

The host was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return. We were surprised by the continental breakfast and fresh fruit every morning. We felt at home.

The Inn rooms are clean and spacious with well-appointed bathrooms. The grounds are pretty and relaxing, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating. A great place to stay for Bethel Woods concerts, as it's roughly 20 minutes away. We missed the fire pit because we were at a concert but would love to join next time. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. We give this 5 stars across the board!
