Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sukasada

This was a superb experience living for a month within a Balinese family compound. It was a great location for walking to Ubud and had a selection of restaurant/cafes closeby. A variety of Beautiful spas were also close for treatments. The accomodation had a swimming pool which we used daily and a family shop which was very convenient. All of the Balinese family members were so lovely and welcoming that we cant wait to return for another holiday.

A fantastic stay in Ubud. Umaya is a short walk from the centre with lots of shops, bars, restaurants and spas. It is around a 20-25 minute walk from the Art Market too. Umaya is situated on the edge of Monkey Forest so we saw lots of monkeys when walking to and from the centre too! Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Thank you for a great stay Umaya!

The space was lovely and Dewa was a very lovely host. We really enjoyed our short stay here. The upstairs lounge area was a really beautiful and relaxing to unwind.

The Paya Paya Villa was the perfect accommodation for our adult family's annual holiday (four pairs of adults). Each couple had their own well appointed beautiful bedroom and ensuite giving them their own space within the Villa whilst the outside area and open living room allowed us all to come together for meals, card games, massages and drinks by the pool. The Villa is exactly as described and the images do not express the peaceful feel and generous proportions of the home. The location was central to a diverse range of restaurants (recommend Lilo Indonesian Comfort Food & the Italian Restaurant); medical/pharmacy; "corner" store; and walking/scooter distance from Seminyak shopping district, the beach and Potato Heads. The Villa staff, Arie, Made, Yulis, Made and Ketut allowed us to easily enjoy what Bali had to offer and made our stay so memorable. We cannot thank them enough for all they did for us. It was very difficult to leave such an incredible country and people.

A great place to stay away from the traffic of Ubud but an easy walk, or motorbike ride into town. Lovely place, very comfortable bed and pillow 😊. Kadeks house looks into the garden and pool area, as does the upstairs guest apartment but the curtains were mostly pulled and it feels like you are in your own private oasis. Perfect overnight stay to catch the ferry in the morning. My host collected me from the airport and dropped me at the ferry terminal. The room was simple and perfectly clean. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely come again.

Close enough to enjoy Ubud's vibrant town. Far enough away to be surrounded by rice fields and Jungles of Bamboo. Out stay at AIR will be fondly remembered by its clean lines, expansive space to help generate creative thinking. I highly recommend AIR Guest House to anyone visiting Ubud.

Nyoman is a very caring and cool host. I came to Ubud for the first time, but I was so happy. He cleaned right away and accepted feedback right away. And he always tried to communicate with me and gave me a lot of information. He’s a very honest man to know. There will be good accommodation and delicious food. I’ll be back next year. I’ve travelled to over 35 countries in my life. Joe & his team are basically what you’d expect to find in a hotel. Very professional. I stayed in two of his villas for two months & every single problem or request I had, he and Enzo took care of right away. I asked for an office chair & desk: Delivered before arrival. Wifi wasn’t working very well in the second Villa: new modem installed that day by Enzo. Free airport pick-up/drop off too! The pool’s big & beautiful &, in this villa, is right in front of your place. There’s on-site staff all day & usually thru the night, + just an sms away, 24/7. The place is located right nearby a cool street w/lots to see, + the beach is like 10 minutes away on scooter. Joe & his team even helped me get a local scooter + w/visa services. When I first saw the Villa I was a little turned off by the purple color on the couch but once u’re inside it’s just fine. I’ll stay again in the future for sure! Thank you, Joe & Enzo!!

Ketut's place is beautiful, peaceful, and mildew free ( can be hard to find in Bali, especially in the rainy season). They clean every day if you like and the view is wonderful. Its very restful. Ketut is a very nice and responsive host. I immediately felt comfortable with him and the location. 10 stars!

Definitely the perfect place if you thinking to host a large group of friends for wedding/birthday celebration. We been searching high and low for a place to house all of the 20+ guests in a single complex and it's near the airport with less traffic. This is the one. We had our wedding celebration here and Nyoman has been really helpful in coordinating some of the stuffs. Hats off to the committed team. Though the pictures does not exactly resemble what is the current state but it's close enough. It was well maintained with all you saw from the pictures. Loving the common areas where all of us are spending time together. If you have larger group just like mine, there's another villa 200m away from this and you should be able to house 30pax. Tips for those who is looking for a venue for your wedding celebration.

Nice place of stay. It being a little off-center helps in beating the traffic woes. Leni and Wayan Najah are great hosts. Wish had contacted Wayan for local guidance right at the start of our trip since he is very will informed.

Devi's Place is a property of 15 private villa's well managed and maintained by Ketut and his sweet family. Everyone was very friendly and responsive to requests and questions. Villa Via is even more beautiful than the pictures can convey. We never got tired of looking out over the lush, colourful garden full of birds and butterflies. The pool was clean and and refreshing, The loungers could use pads. There are 2 beautiful palapas in the yard that are very comfortable. The kitchen is a good size and everything worked properly. There could be a better selection of cooking supplies in general. The living room is open to the yard. A great place to relax and look at the whimsical yard or watch the rains fall. The furniture is comfortable and has a Smart TV. The bedroom is lovely with lots of storage and A/C. The bed is hard. Nice bathroom but the water pressure in the shower is weak. I had to wash my hair with the hose outside. Overall we loved our stay here. Thank you Ketut!

The villa is amazing - new, clean, well ventilated and has pretty much everything you need. The pool was used and abused. The host Putu and hospitality guy Gusti are very helpful. Location wise it's ~30mins walk to Ubud Centre, we just walk 5mins to the start of the street to catch Grab/Taxi whenever we don't feel like walking. Would recommend this villa

Villa Papiya exceeded all expectations it’s even more beautiful than the photos! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. They prepared a lovely breakfast each morning and went above and beyond to arrange transportation for our stay in Bali, making everything seamless. The villa itself was stunning, well maintained, and the perfect retreat. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Beautiful unique villa! Mostly open concept but each room has its own a/c and was sealed from the elements which was nice! Beautiful pool and hangout area. Host was responsive and flexible with check in/out, fresh filtered water is provided, plus villa has all amenities and close to all different stores/restaurants and beach clubs. Definitely recommend to check this place out! Thanks again

We loved the serenity, privacy, security and beauty of the Villa. Everything including the deep pool is pristine. Linens changed after a couple of days. The bed is super comfortable. Bring earplugs though as the roosters start VERY early ! Home cooked breakfast delivered every morning was healthy and delicious. Made recommended great restaurants within walking distance. Made and his lovely wife, Desak, are serene, dignified Hosts. While Made drove us around to see the sights, Desak would clean our room. Made was always on time, and is a fantastic driver. Nerves of steel! And very calm. They let us borrow their sarongs for visiting temples. Both he and Desak were there to pick us up at the airport and help with our bags. On the way to the Villa we stopped for some groceries and use the ATM. This wonderful couple also brought us back to the airport late at night. If we ever make it back to Ubud, we will definitely stay here again.
