The apartment is in walkable distance to Aeon Mall Sentul and Pasar Bersih Sentul. It is also near some cafes in Sentul City (as well as Taman Budaya). The host was details in informing procedure, responsive and recommended some places near area. Recommended for people looking for place near the CBD.

100% Recommended. We are a family of 4 nights. Mba JD as a Host are amazing. Very fast response and helpful. The host provides everything from Soap, shampoo, pads, toothbrushes, panties, tea, coffee, sugar, instant noodles, drinks, mineral water, etc. The unit is clean, comfortable, air conditioning is very cold. 1 air conditioner is on enough for 1 unit. For a very convenient location, there are many snacks in front of the APT, londri is also downstairs. Very strategic location near the toll gate. Thanks Mba JD and Sis Gabriel for hospitality. Surely we will come back again when we go home ❤️❤️

Hody is a great host, really responsive as well. There are some nice restaurants nearby that’s within walking distance, and food delivery has many options. We took cab the whole time we were in Jakarta so it was okay for us. Great view and high floor is a plus 👍

The access to the apartment is great as it is in the centre of the city, and the lift brings you to the unit privately and directly. The apartment complex also comes with a supermarket and restaurant, yet it also is located near a lot of great restaurants. The unit is on the high floor, providing a good sunset spot as well.

This is our second time staying at the host’s listing because we had such a great experience the first time around. was beyond expectation. The unit was pristine with new kitchen appliances and utensils. Netflix and the fast internet made our stay cozy. The main reason we chose to stay again was its convenient location, it’s walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia and the MRT stop. There’s also wonderful building facilities, open-air swimming pool, pool, sauna, jacuzzi and the gym which view was overlooking then whole city. Also thanks to our friendly host for recommending a the best local food around the area.

Very good deal in terms of everything and wonderful host. Might not be suited for long term stays in my opinion because of singing from a nearby mosque during both the day AND night and dedicated workspace in not really comfortable to sit there for the most of the day.
