We had a fantastic stay at Rachel’s place! The house was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a lovely view of the surrounding area. Rachel was incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations for local spots to check out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again on our next visit. Highly recommended!

The home is absolutely gorgeous, well thought and decorated so beautifully. Well stocked with all necessities and more. Clean patio, pool and jacuzzi, and on top of it all is salt water system! Beautiful view of the mountains from the backyard. A quiet and safe neighborhood. Would have loved to spend a week here! The host is super communicative!

Great stay! We loved having space for our family of four to spread out. The outdoor amenities are awesome: we made dinner on the grill, ate at the outdoor table, then enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit! During the day, we lounged by the pool (paid for heat in March - recommend) and had a family putting contest. We loved the quiet neighborhood and easy access to Joshua Tree. Recommend!

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

The home was a perfect retreat in a fantastic location. Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it was just a short drive or pleasant 1-2 mile walk from numerous restaurants and shopping areas. The interior was immaculately clean and well-furnished, providing all the comforts we needed during our stay. The highlight was definitely the outdoor area, which featured both a pool and hot tub—perfect for relaxation after exploring the surrounding area. Overall, this rental property offered the ideal balance of convenience, comfort, and tranquility. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to local amenities.

We had a great stay at Rosario’s place. The unit was exactly as described in text and pictures. It was very quiet and easily walkable to downtown Palm Springs. Rosario was a very thoughtful and responsive host throughout the process. Access to all the major roads was very easy and the price point was very fair. I would definitely return to this property on another visit to Palm Springs!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly as described. The kitchen was great for cooking and had small yet incredibly useful items like seasonings, storage bags and serving items. The bedrooms were a great size with very comfortable beds! The bathrooms were well stocked with bath essentials and plenty of towels. The outside space has lots of options for hanging out and the view from in the pool is fantastic. Our only regret is not booking another night! It was a great stay and would absolutely rent again.

We were a family of 8 of three generations, celebrating our 45th anniversary. Elaine’s place was the best. There was something for everyone. The grandkids loved the pool and yard games. Everything was immaculate and top notch. Elaine’s communication was excellent. It was a 10 out of 10 stay. We all thought so. We will stay there again. Thanks Elaine for the wonderful memories!!
