Holiday rentals with a kayak in Sugarloaf Key

our stay was AMAZING, our host was very responsive and helpful. the house was great and had everything we needed to spend a week on the water. plenty of room in the parking area for 4 trucks. the pool and beach areas were stocked with plenty of water "toys", vey clean with more than enough seating for 10. the only issue was we only had a week! we had an amazing family holiday and would love to stay again.

This will be the fourth time we have stayed at this house. We love the house. However it has changed owners and gone a bit down hill over the years. There are repairs that need addressed (and the ones that have been done, have been done poorly) and updates that need done. That aside the only other complaint I have is that the management staff hired is very cheap. Every other place we have rented always includes simple things like more than one roll of toilet paper, a couple of extra trash bags, at least one or two dish washer pods, a couple laundry pods, salt and pepper, etc. or bikes, kayaks, things to use. There is NOTHING in the house but towels and blankets. I had to buy everything which is usually provided. Very cheap management services! Actually every other place that we’ve rented lays us out a bottle of wine and instructions and a number to call and list of things to do in the area, etc. etc. none of this was provided. I don’t expect a bottle of wine but it’s kind of customary

Last minute booking with Naomi due to problem with another Airbnb on Cudjoe Key. Naomi immediately responded and made arrangements to get us settled. Her place was easy to find, with a lot of amenities provided. Kayaks, hot tub, pool and fishing were easy to access and enjoy.

We absolutely loved the place. Everything was exactly as pictured and then some more besides. We couldn’t ask for anything better and would definitely stay again ourselves and would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This was my second time staying at gulf coast oasis, and it was amazing again. You can tell that the owners take great care of the house and property, and they are super responsive and reach out proactively. It’s a fantastic location in Marathon which is central to restaurants and local activities. The house itself is stocked with everything you need to feel at home. It’s secluded/fully fenced, has tons of amenities (heated pool, putting green, kayaks, bikes, grill, fire pit, comfy indoor and outdoor seating). The kitchen is stocked with everything you need like a Keurig and kcups, pans and gadgets and utensils for cooking, loads of spices. Memory foam beds are comfy. They have extra little touches throughout like toiletries, games, fans, tons of beach towels, pool toys. We saw manatees in the canal, birds and lizards around the property. I can’t say enough good things about this house. My group included 2 couples and 2 dogs. We were comfortable, relaxed, and had a fun stay.

We had a great week at Mike’s place and appreciate him kindly accommodating our stay last minute. The house & property is so beautiful, everything looks brand new and was extremely clean. We enjoyed fishing from the dock and lying by the pool. The house has all amenities needed to cook meals, including an air fryer, toaster and also a blender for frozen drinks. Pool supplies are well stocked, as well as beach chairs. We would love to stay again! Thank you so much!

The place is exactly what I expected. It is what was presented in the photos. Relatively modern design, plenty of room, centrally located to get to lots of great places! The neighbors made it even better, super friendly and great to talk to. A big chunky lab across the street is quick to bark, but loves literally everyone. We had an AC issue that was outside of the owners control and they took care of it, they were responsive throughout. I would stay here again. Giving 3 stars for value is a reflection on the economy, not the owners. Thanks for sharing your home!

We had a great trip at Islamorada bungalow. The cozy house was just as pictured and described, and was conveniently located to restaurants and for exploration to other places of interest. Yasmin and Joe were very proactive and responsive with communication and had helpful recommendations. Well stocked, we had everything we needed. The community is beautiful, as well. We were able to take advantage of the bikes, beach chairs, and heated pool during our stay. We also kayaked through the mangroves at Robbie's and visited local beaches, Sombero beach on Marathon Key being our favorite by far. There is some road noise at night, as mentioned in other reviews; we brought our sound machine but there was also one available at the bungalow.

Great location. It was so nice having our boat slip right in front of the house. Tastefully decorated and close to a lot of activities. We enjoyed the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, Crane Point being so close that we biked using bikes is at the house! 😀

My husband and I had a great time here! We were amazed at all the fish and manatees we saw! My husband was in heaven getting to fish off the balcony and a manatee swam right up to us and went under the house! Such a cool experience! All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and great! Highly recommend!

As we were arriving Christmas Day and not knowing what would be open for groceries, Sean provided a number of food items and a bottle of wine, which was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Having rented a number of vacation rentals this was the cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed in. The swim spa and the kayaks added to the fun we enjoyed. Sean was very responsive with helpful information before and during our trip. Highly recommend booking Sean’s place now or in the future.
