House holiday rentals in Suffolk

We really enjoyed staying at the golden hour! The hosts were very responsive and helpful! They had sound machines in every bedroom which if you have kids is a big deal. The toys and kids activities there were a big hit! The pools are pristine and the whole outdoor area is very nice! Very short walk to beach which was also convenient! They literally thought of everything, if you forgot something chances are they had it! Definitely recommend staying here if you have children and want a nice low key place to stay!

This house did the job for 6 kids and 11 adults. We loved that the kids had the bunk room to play in downstairs. Space is more open and bigger than pictured. Plenty of table space to have family dinners also.

Blousier Point was magnificent! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Grocery store was close by and the home was convenient to Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. The home was beautiful and so cozy. Plenty of room to relax and play games , nice outdoor area and so peaceful. We will plan a return trip.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with extended family. The property accommodated us comfortably. The beach is right there are very short walk. Our hosts were helpful and available when we had questions and graciously allowed for a late check out. It’s a lovely spot.

Booking a rare four-week stay came with added pressure to make the right choice. We absolutely did! Mark’s home is spacious and well appointed with a wonderfully functional layout. The sound access is incredible, and beach access is super convenient whether you’re taking a quick stroll or setting up for the day. Mark was a great host in addition to local rental management. We loved making the most of resort amenities and the home’s thoughtfully stocked outdoor items, especially the kayaks. This location in Corolla is a perfect balance of small-town vibes with great food and lots to do. We can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay! Hosts were kind and responsive to any questions we had. The home was very clean and children friendly. I really appreciated the built in child gate on the top floor. Bathrooms and showers were great, including an outdoor shower to rinse off after being in the pool. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay! Plenty to do nearby, seaside beach access was a short car ride away, and the pool was private and relaxing.

Great stay! The place was as described and the proactive communication/ instructions made for an easy check in, stay, and check out. I really enjoy staying at places that match the written description and align with what is represented in the photos. I did not have to "work" to stay here. I did not understand (my own fault - it was in the description) the resort amenities that came along with the rental. Having access to the sports center was a welcome surprise - especially for my son who took advantage of the weight room. The staff at the sports center were very welcoming and helpful. The private pool and hot tub were clean and working properly. The walk to the beach was very easy - 3 houses down, and 3 houses to the left to the beach access walkway - less than five minutes - very easy walk. Loved having a nice coffee maker that grinds whole beans! LOL! I will be keeping this house on the wish list for future visits to Corolla. Thank you for a great week!

We stayed at Pinch Me for a family get together. Lots f room so we could all have some private space as well meeting areas. LARGE kitchen and dining table allowed us to cook and eat together. Also had beach access right across a very quiet street. I would absolutely recommend this house.

This place was perfect for our stay. It's in a great location for our visit with relatives over the holidays and had just the right space and amenities to host our family of five comfortably. Denise was very communicative throughout and I felt like we had her support. Given the convenient location and amenities, we would definitely stay here again.

With every vacation rental, you will always remember how you slept and what you did. With that being said, the beds slept amazing and there is SO much to do at John’s rental! We hate we were only coming through town and couldn’t stay longer. The place is immaculately clean and better than the pics even show. We would definitely look to stay there again.

This place has to have the best amenities of any Airbnb home we have stayed in. From the comfortable beds, multiple TVs, snacks, games, cooking equipment, and a variety of toiletries, this is a comfortable home in a very nice neighborhood. A very large and well equipped kitchen as well. We appreciate the 11:00AM checkout too.

What a beautiful beach visit! The bedrooms have brand new wood floors, wifi router upgraded and a soft and comfortable rug in the kids room. Great wave sounds from the screened in porch. Super quiet and tons of room.

This is the second time my family has stayed at one of Bonnie’s places and it was fantastic. The house was spacious and the yard was enjoyed by all. The shared pier was a great spot for our teens to take pictures and the shared beach was perfect for the littles to swim and play in the sand. Sharmane house worked well for us! 5 adults and 5 kids was a bit of a tight fit, but with two adults taking a couch each, we made it work! The house is clean, everything works, and the price is right. Thanks Sharmane!

Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We needed a house at short notice as another one fell through. Sara was great. She replied straight away and was able to accommodate us straight away. Beautiful home, very well furnished. Large comfy beds. Thanks again.

If you are looking for a peaceful getaway on the water where you can unwind or explore the Norfolk/Portsmouth/Chesapeake/VA Beach area…look no further: this home is a gem. Even though in a neighborhood; the yard is secluded and the perfect place to relax and leave the chaos of life behind. Our host was charming and helpful and super communicative. Our family of 5 absolutely adored our stay and would highly recommend! Downtown Portsmouth is quaint and has some great eating establishments as well as eat access to the ferry over to Norfolk. Grocery shopping is very easy with a Kroger, Super Walmart & Food Lion all close by. I would stay here all over again if we’re ever back in the area. It is the perfect place to stay for our work trip! There is enough rooms for all of us and a nice kitchen so that we don’t have to eat out all the time. I will say if there was any issues they where on top of it quickly for instance the dryer wasn’t working currently and we let them know and but the next day they had it replaced! That means a lot when you are packing for a long week at work. You can wash your stuff and not have to pack as much.

Our family is from Virginia Beach, and since some of us had moved out of the area since our upbringing, we wanted a spot near the ocean during the holidays to visit with our family in the area and enjoy a brief beach walk in the winter air! We were two families-- a family with four children, and another with our grown daughter and her partner. The place was exactly as described and Betsy was highly responsive and communicative. We had no issues during our short stay, and it provided just the right amount of space for us to be with one another, enjoy the nearby sandy beach, and travel to nearby relatives. We would definitely come again!
