Carly is always a great host. She was extremely accommodating in allowing us to check out late. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommending her 2 apartments.

Flat is beautiful and in a perfect location close to the town centre. Very easily accessible. Harry is a great host and very quick to respond to messages. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The stay was awesome, recommend especially if you need to work at CEFAS and want somewhere calm and private to stay. Close to supermarkets, the beach and at a walking distance to the train station. Only thing to note, I wouldn't recommend it to very tall people due to the low ceiling everywhere in the apartment (~195 cm).

Perfect place for us to spend a couple of days to attend a wedding locally. Peter’s apartment was clean, warm and had all the amenities we needed. If we’re down this way in the future we’ll certainly look to stay again. Thankyou Peter!

We stayed at Sarah’s place for 6 nights and had an amazing time. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, the home is walking distance from “downtown” and less than 200M from a beautiful Sainsburys grocery store. The gardens were very peaceful and tranquil, an absolute joy to look out at. We were initially booked in the basement suite but the garden studio was available on arrival and Sarah gave us the option to change, which we did. She was very gracious and welcoming, provided sundries in the fridge, croissants, granola and other basic groceries for us on arrival. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Spacious, quiet, new apartment not too far from Ipswich town centre. Very responsive host who was quick to respond to all queries.

I was really impressed with my stay here, I would highly recommend to my family and friends to stay here its in a great location great price , not far to felixstowe where I met up with family, it was lovely decor ,clean and cosy big TVs in every room and how it was listed in the advert .I and my sons were really impressed with the bedside tables that charge your phones by just placing them on top! The lighting was great and a lovely outside area to sit and relax in the summer so I will defiantly be returning loved it! Thanks for the stay.

We had a lovely New Year stay at Penny's apartment. It is cosy and comfortable, well equipped and in a very central location just a couple of minutes walk from the seafront. We would definitely like to return!

Fully recommend central secluded and quiet. Well run and lovely surrounding buildings.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

This place is just lovely, I feel so comfortable and relaxed here. The decor is so well done, it feels so homey and welcoming. Everything is spotless and well-maintained, it's clear a lot of care goes into this property. I especially love the little touches, they really make a difference. Just got back from a lovely stay over New Year. We loved how they’d put some Christmas decorations inside and the accommodation was lovely with everything we needed. There were even a few treats on arrival which was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.

Really relaxing stay, loved the gym, jacuzzi and the cosy feel of the cabin.

My partner and I wanted to get away for a couple of days, but I didn't dream we could find somewhere as lovely as this - luxury is the word I would use. It was so perfect for us that we only left the accomodation once for a pub lunch. It was the private and relaxing break we wanted. We are already planning on when to book to come back.

A really nice 2nd floor flat, with two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bath and a lovely spacious open-plan kitchen, dining room/living room area. Although we didnt use it there is also another bed on a mezzanine overlooking the lounge. Everything you could need is at this flat and the best part is a luxurious balcony with seating area and an easy to use hot tub. One other thing to mention is this flat is directly next door to Ipswich Town Football Club, so would be great if you wanted to attend a match (but loud on match days if football isn't your thing). There is secured parking with a designated space. The walk to Ipswich town centre is around 7 minutes. Last but not least, the hosts were really good with their communication, sent clear instructions to us with photos and always got back to me promptly on any questions. Would recommend.

This property was very clean throughout. Overall a very well thought out home with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for those weekend cooking great food with family and friends. With both a comfortable snug around the log burner downstairs and a lovely airy sitting room upstairs with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, there’s plenty of space to enjoy your time here. A notable mention to how comfortable the beds were at Pelican Lodge. It has gated, off road parking for 2 cars, while the rear garden is secure so you can let the dog roam worry free. The wood fired hot tub and kamado bbq completed what we thought was a brilliant home for the weekend. Would 100% recommend.

A lovely little place to stay and the private hot tub is fantastic with stunning views. A good location with shops and takeaways nearby and easy access to Ipswich.
