Beachfront holiday rental in Subic

The host for is easy to communicate with. They answered all our questions leading up to the trip so we were able to prepare accordingly. They even gave us a heads up about the power outtage while we were away. The location is easy to find via Waze. The house is compact but has spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms all with bidet. The kitchen is usable, they even provided a hot n cold dispenser. Would love it more if there’s a microwave but everything is easy to heat up on a pan anyway. The tv has apps like netflix, and has karaoke! There’s no internet but Smart Data is strong enough for streaming etc. The dipping pool had the perfect temperature. Water is warm at night and cold in the morning! We set up a couple of camp chairs by the pool to enjoy the breeze, and spent a lot of time just wading around in the pool. Kuya Steve is friendly and made sure that the trash is collected in the morning, and that the pool is clean. The roof deck view is amazing! Would love to go back again!

it was a great experience to stay in your place. our nephew's and nieces enjoy the swimming pool 😅 friendy and helpful care taker ate tess and kuya mar. definitely will be back again next time.

We had a great time at this house. The house definitely accommodated all of our needs and Rhoda the caretaker was always quick to help out when we needed anything. The only things to note are that there were a lot of Mosquitos around in December (but they had a zapper inside and some portable zappers for use as well) along with a fire ant colony near the pool that definitely did some damage to our feet one evening... There was also an odd smell of sewage about the place that wouldn't go away... Overall, we really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the ability to come back and relax by the pool at the end of the day. Patricia and Rhoda were excellent hosts and we really appreciated their hospitality!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the resort. If you want a private and peaceful place for your family, this is the place to go. The host was very responsive and kind enough to let us check-in earlier.

Like any other houses we booked here at La Serrano, we’re happy with the sleeping capacity and the beds are really comfy. There are rooms for improvement, like the fridge in the kitchen. We booked two houses today and the other house has fully functional fride. This was our 3rd booking at La Serrano, but first time using this unit.

My family had a great time staying in their resort. Definitely we'll come back

Great place to stay, near the beach and lots of activities to do we rented ATV and dragon boat. It would be good if they can add free wifi, other than that it was a relaxing stay, we enjoyed it :)

The Place is Beautiful and Private! Needs a bit of Repairing. Their Aircon was not working at first, thankfully they replaced the aircon right away.

The place was as it was described, the host was super helpful. Anything we needed during the stay the caretakers were there to assist, laundry, groceries, guys delivery and so on was always promptly done.

We had a fantastic stay at Marlene's place! The spacious accommodations were perfect for our group, with comfortable beds and ample room in the kitchen and showers. The kids loved the pool, which was a great bonus. We also appreciated the thoughtful souvenirs left for us. For future guests, use Waze instead of Google Maps to avoid narrow roads, and contact host when you're nearby for parking arrangements. Thank you, Marlene, for a wonderful experience!

Highly recommended. Peaceful and not crowded. The place is big and spacious all of the things you need are included. Very responsive host and caretakers are very helpful and nice.

beautiful place. tasteful design. relaxing vibe. Comfortable bedrooms. The extreme heat of the summer wasn't a problem, the ventilation at Cactus & Tides was perfect ! Great host / caretakers *We did a little beach clean up one early morning only at our area although the entire beachfront littered not just Cactus & Tides (we collected one XL trashbag one morning - including broken beer bottles ). We hope the barangay can help with the clean-up too. ; murky pool (needs more treatment) but my nephews enjoyed it *Suggestion for more drying rack for the wet towels/ beachwears. *The recommended catering - Miranda's serve some good dishes but for breakfast people like us, do not get breakfast from them. They apologized way too many times and gave my sister stress . I won't go into details. It's not Cactus & Tide's fault. This place is highly recommended ! We are absolutely excited to see more developments of this place. It's beautiful ! Grateful for wonderful memories

I'm really glad finding this pet-friendly beach house in AirBnb. The owner is very responsive with our messages before and during our stay which we really appreciate. Our requests were accommodated right away while we were there, thanks to the caretaker Tatay Rudy. Their wifi is very fast. 2mins walk to the beach. If I could suggest 1 thing, I think it would be thicker blankets since the two rooms are both air-conditioned. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

The place was very easy to find and we were welcomed by the caretaker the moment we arrived. ate ria is also very responsive in all my queries and needs. The linens, towels and all other amenities were enough for my family of 12pax. the location is great too as you are surrounded by a lot fo small stores and just few minutesa way from the market and the beach. it has direct access to the public beach. Sir alain on the other hand was also very responsive. Overall we have a wonderful stay in this place.

The location was very nice and Cyron place has a province vibe, very relaxing ambiance. Cyron was an awesome Host, very responsive and considerate. His relatives assisted us also for our needs during our stay, from videoke set-up and other needs as well. Overall this place is highly recommended to those who seek vacation and run away from busy city life.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The property is private, clean, and beautifully maintained. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were amazing, incredibly accommodating and friendly. One thing to note: The kitchen is a shared space at the hotel next door. Maybe we missed that part in the listing, but it would have been nice to have it clearly stated. It didn’t bother us much, just something to be aware of. Overall, a wonderful experience!
