Holiday rentals with a patio in Subic Bay Freeport Zone

Beautiful place, spacious bedrooms. There’s also a daybed & trundle in the living room for extra sleeping area. Close to everything. There’s also 110 & 220 outlets. The only thing is the door lock. If someone is home & another person leaves & comes back, that person can not open the door from the outside even with the key. Someone from the inside has to unlock the door. It can be a disturbance if you’re sleeping. It’s fine if everyone goes out at the same time. If they change the lock it’s already perfect! We enjoyed our stay. Might stay there again when we go back someday. Thank you!

This is one of the best Airbnbs that I have rented in Subic -- the greatest, in fact. Host is very helpful and polite. Kitchen is good. Location is perfect. Best if you wanna stay close to the beach.

26 Long Beach road is relatively quiet but an easy walk to the main bars and restaurants. Apartment was as described and everything worked, it was clean, secure and the area is safe. Very easy access to the beach. Hosts friendly and helpful. Scuba dive centres are close by and enjoyed the experience. I would stay again and recommend.

Had the best time at Claudine's, it was exactly what our family needed. Our kids loved the place and we'll definitely go back!

The house was really nice. The multiple bedrooms with a bathroom each made our stay really comfortable. The place is perfect for big groups. The bed settings even the double decks are comfy. Ann was very responsive and was open as well to suggestions to further improve the place. Highly recommended!

Picfures on airbnb are exactly as what you will see. The house is huge and we were able to use all 4 bedrooms! The entire house has air-conditioning, amenities as described are complete. The perfect house to host my son's birthday celebration which can accommodate 4 families! 😊 Near subic attractions, too! Will surely book again for our next get together.

Tita Myrna and Tito Rudy was very accommodating and very friendly. Their humble abode is well maintained and just a few kms to where we had our boat ride at San Antonio. They both assisted us during our check-in and even offered us to stay past the check-out time. Overall, the place is one of the best place to stay if you want to be in between, Olongapo (where we had a great time in the Inflatable Island) and to San Antonio where we had the island tour. Highly recommended.. <3

Place was great and once you entered the house its really feels like home. Everything available for convenience especially air condition that’s really needed now in the country. Host are also great very helpful and responsive. We just had a problem first time we get there,because it is uphill and steep, but all in all we had a great stay. We never regretted booking this listing. We loved the place so much! Very clean, peaceful, aesthetic, the house and the furniture and appliances are almost all new. We really enjoyed staying here especially the kids! Ma’am Mildy was likewise very accommodating. Kudos ma’am!!! YOU DESERVE TO BE A SUPER HOST! I and my wife have been 3yr-straight super host so we are very keen in selecting and observing several listings. Ma’am Mildy did not disappoint us! She even exceeded our expectation. My Friends loved the place. it was easy to locate. Ample parking for 2. Rooms are clean and well furnished and decorated. Bathrooms are clean and have sufficient utilities. Owner has a manual that contained all needed instructions as well as useful information on where to find food and convenience items. The living and dining rooms are spacious and well decorated. They also have outdoor dining and leisure areas. My friends wanted to stay longer. They plan to stay again. The hosts Susan and David are very accomodating and responsive. their housekeepers are very respectful.

Louie is probably one of the best hosts we have encountered so far! He went above and beyond for me and my family during our stay that made the experience memorable. His place is clean, quiet, has nice bath room, has great amenities (we loved the pool and the nature!), and it just feels safe and great for families. Thank you, Louie for being a super star host! We’d love to go back to your place.

The map location and address will send you some where else…me and some friends all booked at Poco a Poco but when we got there the map told me and my buddy to go somewhere else while my friend and his buddy’s host met them at their room at poco a poco. Don’t waste a walk the location is at poco a poco. ( I know it hints at it in the photos but it’s kind of misleading when the map and address bring you else where). Maybe it will get fixed after this post …other than that it was amazing!

Our stay at Guz's place was comfortable and transaction was straightforward. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. New sheets and towels were provided. The kitchen was well equipped that we were able to reheat and cook food during our stay. The AC in the living room and bedroom was in good condition, a must in this summer heat. Sleeping arrangement was adequate for our group of 8. It was a pleasure staying in his place.

the place was great and nice. only issue is malayo yung room from entrance which is fine kaso may senior kami so if may senior kayo heads up lang. hot water was working may utensils and kitchen equipments narin all you have to do is buy your own ingredients if need mo mag cook. the place has a pool too! until 6pm nag enjoy kami and masaya mag run dito! 1km+ ikot ng block and katabi nya lang yung boardwalk so if gusto nyo mag run or morning walk dun super accessible. thank you Walter we had a great stay!

Walter's place is our go-to destination whenever our family celebrates New Year's Eve. It is the perfect spot to watch the fireworks display. The unit is fully equipped with all the appliances and furniture you'll need during your stay. The price is also affordable. I can confidently say this is a great find and highly recommend it.

The place was as good as advertised. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. The unit was clean, cool and prepared nicely before we arrived. Amenities were also complete. The host, Jen, was able to respond to all my follow-up questions. We had some issues with the wi-fi connection as it would intermittently disconnect from time to time or become too slow but this is more likely due to the service provider. Probably the only downside to the experience is you'd have to definitely bring along your own vehicle in order to reach the Beach and Nature club, which is quite some distance from the unit. There's a shuttle service, but you'd have to pay for it separately. This isn't the host's fault, of course, just something to consider when booking a stay here. Also, tried looking for Netflix app on the TV but couldn't find any installed or maybe I missed it? It would be nice to have that as entertainment rather than cable tv. Anyway, that's just a recommendation for the host.
