Super Haus. so spacious that you still have ten privacy. View is a dream to be in. Ski resort only 8 min away. We were able to ride sleds right in front of the house. Hosts are always easy to reach and very flexible. We were a little scared to arrive with children at minus 4 degrees...but the house warmed up quickly and then it stayed... Highly recommended for a family vacation!!

Christina's home is magnificent: the care of the spaces and their impeccable cleanliness. The house is warm and comfortable, the spaces are spacious (really spacious!) and cozy. This house is also very suitable for those who, during the winter, do not ski because the area is very strategic both for walks and for trips (it is very close to the station). A place to come back to!

This farmhouse is fascinating. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a museum and at the same time at home. It offers the opportunity to be close to each other in a large group and you still have enough space to retreat. What delighted me, each room has its own bathroom with shower and there is a bathtub in the house. The house is very family friendly and the hosts are really extremely eager to make the stay as relaxed as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many alpine huts that are easy to reach. Hiking trails have something for everyone in the area. The house has direct access to the street which makes it very easily accessible. The road is not very busy and you can relax in front of the house watching the mountains in the sunlight/fog or snow. It is really recommended to spend a few days here.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Not only we, but also the participants in our hiking holiday were absolutely delighted with the cabin. We found everything as described and Isabell was super helpful. With 22 people we made good use of the capacity of the cabin and for the weekend it worked very well. A big plus was of course the great communication, the great mountains that were within walking distance and deer right outside the door. Thank you for giving us this great time.

Beautiful home, very clean, warm, and inviting. Stunning location, and conveniently located near the autobahn and the larger town of Oetz, which had many great restaurants. Our host was lovely - so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

We had a lovely stay. We were 5 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is super fully furnished. The garage for the car was also great with the frost and snow.

Warm and comfortable, with good WiFi. Walking distance to the village and bakery. The house is a bit old-fashioned on the inside but there was plenty of space.

This is a house that is worth booking. The bedrooms are spacious with loads of wardrobe space. A good nights sleep is guaranteed. Plenty of space for dining and 3 terraces to sit out on for eating or enjoying the scenery.

It was a wonderful stay at the Haus Erika, which was truly unforgettable. It was also a pleasure to meet Gerrit and his mother, always kind and helpful. Gerrit was nice and spoke in a great Italian the whole time. When we arrived, we were able to find a basket on the table with typical local and even personalized products, a real touch of class. We felt welcomed and pampered, including our dogs. The house is large and equipped with all the comforts, the garden was beautiful and was a great place for our two dogs because it was fenced. Haus Erika is located in a perfect location to visit the beautiful Seefeld. Highly recommended. When I return to the wonderful Tyrol, I hope very soon, I will definitely return to Gerrit.

Excellent place for a peaceful vacation

We had a beautiful extended weekend at the house "Luna". The hosts were very friendly and always available for questions. Check-in and checkout were very easy and straightforward. Also the house itself was nicely located and met our expectations. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Chris' place. The airbnb is huge and can easily accommodate upto 10 guests. We had booked the entire residence and had a pleasant stay.

Everything was fine. It is a nice house and everything we needed was there. We had no problem with the keys or with their collection. The keyholder was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the accommodation.
