House holiday rentals in Stubaital

We had a great stay at Mariola's place. The property is in the small town of Raubling in a quiet neighborhood, just a few blocks from the main road and near several markets and a great bakery. Raubling is near the foothills of the Alps so you can see tree covered hills nearby. We took day trips to Munich, Lenggries and Neuschwanstein. The property was large enough for our group of six and we made use of the indoor pool and sauna.

Wonderful place to stay in the mountains with its own pool. It was even more beautiful as described. Beautifully laid out with amazing views on all sides. A place to feel good!

We stayed with the whole family over Christmas in Christian's cottage. Everything worked out great. The Stubai Valley is great to do so much. Be it tobogganing in Mieders and Fulpmes or the Stubai Glacier with Top of Tyrol. In addition, Innsbruck is not far away with the beautiful Christmas markets. A tree stand was also provided for us.

Maria was very proactive about reaching us before our stay and explaining all the details and answering our questions. Location is really great, it is our second time in Rottach-Egern and we really loved it. House was really clean, but we have found out the covered areas like under the sofa and behind the doors were actually not cleaned very well. we didn't make it a big deal but it is just a suggestion check the cleaning people. There is nothing in the kitchen like salt, oil, coffee, basically you need to be really prepared before you come there. There are a lot of supermarkets around the house so although it would be convenient to have the basics at home, we didn't have any issue. I really recommend the house to families as the whirlpool outside and the garden were really fun with the kids.

We felt very comfortable, the 400-year-old house has been extensively renovated. We were there in winter and needed something to get the house warm, but it was quickly reached through the fireplaces and infrared heaters in all rooms. We will be happy to come back. The hosts were very nice and helpful.

Everyone was totally impressed with the place and we are already considering coming again next year. Stylish decor, enough space, great views, beautiful rooms and sauna and pool to cool off. Also for cooking, there was everything you wanted in terms of amenities. Are very satisfied! *****

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

Great central place to go on different adventures (skiing, climbing, walking). Very responsive host! We were a family of 5 and another couple. Enough space for everyone and great to have a sauna. Only downside was one bathroom for the 7 of us, but we managed. Would be happy to come back again, thanks Benno!

Beautiful home, very clean, warm, and inviting. Stunning location, and conveniently located near the autobahn and the larger town of Oetz, which had many great restaurants. Our host was lovely - so warm, welcoming, and helpful. Could not have asked for more!

Three-night stay of 12 people (8 adults and 4 small children) in families of friends and family. Great layout of the building that has guaranteed all the amenities for adults and children while maintaining the correct privacy. Warm and well-decorated rooms, kitchen equipped with everything you need, well-equipped outdoor and indoor children's areas, outdoor barbecue, suitable outdoor parking spaces for at least three family SUVs, well organized outdoor garbage collection area department, beautiful dining room typical of Tyrol covered in wood with stove. Great location for groups of families interested in a stay in a typical building with all services (town center, supermarket, etc.) and tourist attractions (spas, sky area, mountain sports) nearby. Alexandra is an amazing host! She is absolutely friendly and flexible. She gave us great local recommendations and met us with juice, wine and sweets - was a nice surprise. The place has a great location. The bus stop is just nearby. It takes about 5-7 min to go up the hill to the slopes. There is a local shop nearby with all you need. The house is amazing, big, well equipped, is a great fit for three families, two tables are good to have for a big group. There are several sleds in the basement- you don’t need to take yours - save the space in the car.

We spent 4 days in the région of Murnau and it was delightful: nice walks, nice visit of Munich, nice place. The house is confortable, and everything as announced. We spent 4 great days in family in that place. Thanks!

Great place, very quiet and peaceful. Well set out kitchen, clean and good bathroom. Only thing to note is washing machine is in basement and is 1euro per half hour. But again no issue to access. Angelika was always quick to reply to any questions. Would happily stay here again.

Very good stay, house as described. Very helpful and very available neighbor who helped us put the car in the garage during the snow season. I recommend this house.

We stayed with Philipp for a week with three adults and three children for a week. The place was great for that. The bus stop is a one minute walk, two very good restaurants are also within walking distance. A small and a large supermarket are a very short drive away. The house is only about 100 meters away from the main road, but we never noticed any noise. The house itself is functional and cozily furnished, and was very clean. The living room is very spacious and invites you to relax, the kitchen is fully furnished, the bathroom and toilet are small but clean and modern. Only a filter coffee machine (or French Press) would be a good addition, the very small capsule machine was almost in continuous operation with us. 😉 The communication with Philipp was smooth and fast. All in all, we felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back! Thank you!

This farmhouse is fascinating. When you walk in, you feel like you're in a museum and at the same time at home. It offers the opportunity to be close to each other in a large group and you still have enough space to retreat. What delighted me, each room has its own bathroom with shower and there is a bathtub in the house. The house is very family friendly and the hosts are really extremely eager to make the stay as relaxed as possible. The surroundings are beautiful and there are many alpine huts that are easy to reach. Hiking trails have something for everyone in the area. The house has direct access to the street which makes it very easily accessible. The road is not very busy and you can relax in front of the house watching the mountains in the sunlight/fog or snow. It is really recommended to spend a few days here.

We stayed at the house for a week. We were greeted directly in a friendly way after looking for the driveway but was friendly. All in all a nice stay.

Great place, close to ski areas and nice cross-country trails. The house has a beautiful dining room, the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds. Everything is clean. Isabell is very friendly and helpful.
