Great spot to go with friends and family. They have a water park, arcade, mini golf, and an ice cream place. We had a fun time at this resort and would definitely do it again!

This was one of the best stays my family and I have had! The barn itself is beautiful, but what my boys enjoyed the most was the property. We got lucky with a beautiful 50° December day. We walked the trails, threw rocks in the pond and went on scavenger hunts. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay at Deer Run Lodge. It was a last-minute decision to book and we couldn’t have been happier. The guest house was pristine and well-equipped with the amenities listed. The property itself is beautiful and secluded - perfect for relaxing and letting go. The hot tub was a nice touch and we got to see a doe and her fawn eating one morning while enjoying it. The bed was super comfortable and the Roku and WiFi worked great. We made banana bread using the kitchen cookware and appliances and all worked great (they are all very new). If you like pizza we highly recommend Suzy’s Pizza less than a mile from the house. We had it delivered and it was superb! The guest house is dog-friendly and owners are responsive and prompt. They do a great job of upkeep and pride of ownership is very evident. Thank you for a great stay!

We rented the house for the Vintage Wine Festival it was the perfect spot. There is a market right across the street with tons of vendors and all very friendly. The festival was in walking distance along with restaurants and bars. Everyone was very friendly. The house was perfect and the beds are comfortable. Don't forget to check out the rock shop right next door. We had a great weekend. We love the town of Utica. Thank you.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house is beautiful and immaculately kept. The kitchen was well stocked and there were tons of towels in each room. The beds were cozy and the heat adjusted quickly. The two highlights were (1) the beautiful deck overlooking the river, where we saw a bald eagle and sandhill cranes migrating and (2) the game room, where we enjoyed family games of pool and poker. The house was 15 minutes from Starved Rock and 2 minutes from a grocery store, so the location was super convenient as well.

Very nice for weekend getaway. Very close to Starved Rock. Quick drive to go hiking. Downtown North Utica very cute and fun!
