Fabulous weekend celebrating 60th birthday with family, house was in a fantastic location , really central and no need for taxis etc. Ben was really helpful answering any questions prior to our trip. Would really recommend this house for family or friends get together but not for anyone with mobility issues due to steep stairs. Loved the king table in the kitchen that allowed us to all eat and drink together.

We will definitely be back - really recommend James’ place. We went in January and it was still beautiful to have the sea so close and the view was spectacular. The kitchen was particularly well stocked and really great to prepare meals while looking at the view. Beds were super comfy. Thank you!

A lovely cottage with a fascinating history. The arrangement of rooms was perfect for 3 generations of us. Very quaint but sympathetically modernised with everything provided. A great stay in a convenient spot .Thank you.

We loved this home so much that we plan to come back and have already recommended it to family. The cottage is very clean and homely, well-equipped and was warm for our visit in cold January. Siobhan is a very kind host - we bumped into her during the weekend and had a lovely chat and she gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Siobhan was also extremely kind and flexible when our arrival was delayed by a pet emergency. We loved Rottingdean; there's is a cafe less than two minutes from the cottage, and pub within three minutes. The beach and Beacon Hill windmill are within very easy reach and make a lovely walk. We will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay and found mark and Sarah to be amazing hosts. They have literally thought of everything you may need when staying away from home and the house was clean, well organised and simply beautiful. Situated on beautiful grounds, we was able to take a lovely long walk to the home of Rudyard Kipling which we enjoyed. Lovely enclosed garden for our dog was an added bonus - alongside the blanket, towel, toys and treats left for him! Also an inside dog wash which was life saving by the bed of our walk lol. Absolutely faultless and we would defo return :)

Abi’s place is amazing for a getaway in Brighton!! A 2 minute walk from the sea front and about a 20 minute walk from the laines with dozens and dozens of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Abi’s place is clean and beautifully decorated with an in depth welcome pack that covers absolutely everything you need to know for your stay. Would 100% stay again, thank you Abi for an amazing birthday!!!

One of those rare finds that is even more beautiful than the photos suggest. We will definitely be back!

Lovely place just down from the seafront. Nice and big apartment, with a very comfy bed. Jade let us know how to check in and even gave us instructions for setting up the sofa bed when we needed it last minute.

We had a fantastic stay at the barn this November. Michelle was a great communicator for any questions I had which made the whole process effortless. The owners are lovely and the barn exactly as described. Hoping to return in the Summer to be able to take advantage of the pool.

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again
