Mark’s cottage was just what we needing after an evening at The Mill! Warm, cozy, clean and organized! Fireplace was the perfect touch to a cold evening. Would definitely recommend!

There are certain things I look for when booking a house, fenced backyard, counter space in the kitchen, large enough dining table, and seating in the living room. This home had everything we needed for a great stay! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, yet still offered privacy in a quiet neighborhood!

Great location, great hosts, highly responsive to questions, great help checking in, and flexibility with check in. Highly recommend this location for quieter vacations, peaceful place to relax and unwind. Can’t recommend this location enough.

We had a very relaxing and peaceful stay in the Villa. It has everything you could want or need. So much attention to detail. The house was decorated well and we felt right at home. The enclosed porch space would be perfect for a family to hang out in. We are very picky about bed comfort and the bed didn't disappoint. Best we have slept in outside of our own. This house has it all and was the best Airbnb we have stayed in. You won't be disappointed if you stay here.

Ben's place was awesome. We enjoyed our stay, and it made traveling with my mom and our pup so much easier!! The house was clean and spacious. I wish it had been warmer so we could have enjoyed the beautiful backyard. Ben's instruction book with recommendations was handy. Beds and couches were super comfy. 10/10, we would stay again!

Wonderful place to stay. Had a garage to put the truck or boat inside out of the weather. Comfortable beds and very spacious. A quiet place to get away.

Comfortable stay! The sauna was a great treat! Great location walkable to the Ozark downtown square. Well stocked with everything you need! Royce and Lindsey are very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

A beautiful and very clean house; a good distance from the other houses, ideal for spending a few quiet days away from the noise and also with very good accommodation capacity... the kitchen is quite large and pleasant and well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable and clean; the bathrooms are very clean and enough. The outdoor area is very nice and although we did not use the jacuzzi for the already cold season, this one looks very good and is almost new, as well as a gas and a coal grill and also has a fire pit where we made s'mores. Due to an unforeseen event we had to change at the last minute our vacation destination, so I found this AIRBNB house, which had the dates available and Mehdi was a great host who had everything ready to arrive that same day very night because the plan was to go to Colorado, and from there we drive to Reeds in Missouri, but Mehdi was always very available... it was wonderful and we look forward to coming back next year..!!!
