Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Storhaug

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. We had some trouble communicating because of our language barrier due I think to issues with the AirBNB site.....otherwise it was a great stay! Have recommended to someone else already. :)

The fjordhouse is a lovely old house from where it's great to explore the surrounding area. The house has all you need and is furnished in a really nice way 😃

Charming renovated accommodation, with taste and the necessary comfort. Located on a very wild island just 20 minutes from Stavanger I highly recommend it.

I think, this is one of the best places I have ever visited...! Me and 5 other friends got to Ole's apartment to do some hiking around, and it was great! - Ole's communication - always responsive, always polite and proactive. Provided tips about the hikes around the house - Ole allowed us to arrive earlier than official check-in time - Ole changed the sleeping layout before we arrived - we slept in different bedrooms, which is amazing considering the group consisted of 6 snoring men. - Public transport from Stavanger airport to Ole's house is very easy. Bus stop is just couple of meters away from the house - Big kitchen - Big living room - Good wifi speed - And most importantly - the view from living room! There might have been some cons, however I am not gonna mention it, as all the pros outweighs them by thousand! Sadly, we did not get a chance to meet Ole, but we all say big thanks for the welcoming stay, and we definitely recommend his place to everyone!

The perfect house for a three generation family of 12. Lovely garden with very popular trampoline. Close to Stavanger centre with Godalen bathing area within walking distance. Merete always responded quickly to any queries

Fantastic house, well suited to a family. Kids loved trampoline and apple trees in the backyard. Easy to catch bus into town. Andy was very responsive and gave us great tips during our stay.

This was an incredibly cozy and good place to be. Good and warm, cozy living room, practical kitchen, good beds, well equipped.

Hi all, the house is a little bit old, but absolutely CHARMING and we missed nothing! :) There is a great terrasse with a wonderful view, even when it is raining you can sit outside in a very cosy corner. Even if we stayed in July and there are around 50 mobile homes around you, it was veeery silent and the children could use the great common pool often on their own. ;-) We also liked the play barn (with table tennis, billards, dart board, etc. (but the dart board should be replaced, because it is really old and not in a good state - suggestion: replace the board, buy new darts and put a carpet on the ground to protect the darts... ;-))! We really can recommend to stay in the house of Hege! :) Cheers, Michael and family

Great house in a lovely area, lots to do for adults and children. Perfect for families with children with animals. A little close to the railway line, but quickly got used to it. Really nice host who responded quickly.

Good location with many options for day visit

Cozy little house suitable for two with magnificent views on a natural plot. My husband fished, caught a 2 pound light right below the house, as well as mackerel and small-tork on the dock. Brilliant that you can take the bus to Stavanger, easy and cheap. Our warmest recommendation. Per and Karin, Denmark.

We planned a short stay in Stavanger and wanted to stay in the middle of nowhere. When we googled for a restaurant, cafe or shop it was never more than max 6min walk. The area really has everything within walking distance - which our 2 teenagers loved. The apartment had a lot of character and was in a cozy old building. Everything was sparkling clean and ready for us when we arrived. The apartment had all the equipment that you need. We very much enjoyed the large selection of travel books in the living room. Thanks for this time!

Mari’s apart is beautiful and cozy. It is nicely decorated, has everything you need and is a great place to relax. I also immediately noticed how clean the apartment was. The location of the apartment is great. It is close to the coastline, where you can go for nice walks. You can also easily walk to the city centre, which approximately takes you 25 minutes. Alternatively, you can take the bus or a (public) scooter. There’s a bus stop around the corner. Communication with Mari was easy. She’s a very friendly host and quickly responds to questions. She’s flexible and gives clear instructions. I’ve had a wonderful stay in Stavanger and would recommend Mari’s place to anyone who would like to stay in this beautiful city for a few days (or longer).

Our combined family of 8 had a wonderful stay at Vegard’s home. We were all comfortable with lots of space to spread out. 15 minute walk to Stavanger harbour with restaurants, shops and tours. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a lovely short week at Vegard's house. Even though we did not meet him, we had very pleasant contact. He is very responsive and friendly and helpful with questions! The house is in a nice quiet place with spacious garden and beautiful location on the water. You even have access to your own private beach and can use a boat and canoes. We had a lot of fun with that! Our dog was also able to have a good time here. You will be staying in a characteristic old house with lots of charm. Also a lot of space and comfort. And as a surprise, we had deer in the garden every now and then. Nearby is the Preikestolen, beautiful walk! And for visiting Stavanger, you are also ideal here. We liked Jørpeland too! In short, plenty to do in the area and around the house. Highly recommend if asking us!

Cecilie's house is a very cozy family-home that made us feel right at home! It is a tastefully renovated older house that even looked better than in the pictures! The neighbourhood is peaceful and beautiful. We really recommend this place! Communication was friendly and straight forward.

Angela and Bjørn were very nice. I was with them for 3 weeks pn was a business trip. I brought a Driver dog who was supposed to deliver to a user who lives at Ålgård and one during training . They were very nice that they would accept to bring a Guide dog. In the beginning I got witch shots pgn was a soft bed. But I was quickly assisted by them. Changed room 😀 Very nice view and close to the city center.
