Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Storfjord Municipality

A lovely welcome, and super hospitality. The cabin is really cosy, and has a separate cabin next door with two single beds (ideal for teenage kids). The sauna was gorgeous (takes a while to heat up, use lots of wood) and has stunning views over the mountains. We very much enjoyed our day fog mushing nearby (either Northern Lights Dog Adventure). There’s a great village shop nearby too.

This was the most beautiful and serene stay. We were 4 adults and found the living areas were perfect for our needs. The sleeping arrangements are pretty tight, but the property more than makes up for it in scenic views, tranquility, and relaxation. The host is incredibly responsive, always answered our questions, and offered additional instructions when we were confused. We saw otters from the back deck, saw many birds, were gifted beautiful sunrises over the mountains (despite being polar night!), and saw the most incredible northern lights. If you are nervous about Lapland in winter--don't be! The roads were plowed, and we had no issues getting to Lyngenseidet, Aurora Distillery, Finland, and Tromso. We would happily stay here in the future.

It is a great, spacious, perfect wooden house in the middle of nature with mountains, snow, and northern lights in the skies. The parking is easy; the kitchen is well equipped; and we found everything needed in the house. We spent a couple of days with kids, travelled around, and came back with great memories. Highly recommended.

The place was absolutely wonderful. 🌟 We enjoy the changing scenery every day from the wonderful windows. In the evenings we saw the northern lights over the mountains. 🌌 Trude gave really good and comprehensive instructions regarding accommodation! Everything was answered and the pictures also made the instructions easier. We especially liked the great bed! It was absolutely insanely good to sleep! And also during the day it was wonderful to rest in it after hiking. Communication was easy and Trude always responded very kindly. 🤍 We really hope we can stay at Trude's place again. A real gem! 💙 🇧🇻

We were only there for onw night but it was very beautiful and nice and we loved it so much we wanted to stay longer. Would recommend! 10/10

The best ever! The landlord is very generous to offer us some wood and show us around! He is excellent and very helpful! Already miss the time with him! Thank you so much for everything!

Great place to look at aurora lights. Beautiful nature. The house is functionally furnished and Reino is a friendly host.

I don't think it gets much better! Our group loved every second from the mountain access, to the seclusion, to the walks to our fjordal beach for an evening bonfire. 5 star all the way with fabulous hosts!!

Amazing place to stay for a big birthday! Seeing the northern lights from the garden, three nights out of seven, was just mind blowing. A real highlight was also spotting a moose through the window. House warm and clean, location perfect. Definitely recommend. Thank you!
