Thank you, a nice festive welcome with the tree and decorations. Everything in the house was as described and easy to find. We enjoyed our mini break and would recommend.

Thank you for the stay - we had a lovely time. Only thing to mention is the heating was a bit tricky (wouldn’t come on at all the second day). Otherwise, stay was lovely and the caravan was spotless and came with everything we needed. No WiFi (as far as I know) and limited phone signal but this is what we were looking for so no issues.

We had a wonderful long weekend stay in this lovely house with our family of ten of all ages. There was so much to do, everyone was kept happy. The weather was icy cold but dry for our whole stay. The house was nice and warm on our arrival, a big comfort on a cold day, we felt at home straight away. We made good use of the hot tub straight away as it was hot and ready to use when we arrived. The garden was huge, our dog loved it. In warmer weather we would have made more use of the outdoor facilities of which there were many. We did manage a game of table tennis on our last day, when the top was clear of frost. Our whole family wished they could have stayed the week. We would definitely recommend this house.

Very well appointed accommodation with lovely gardens. In a remote location with good internet & access to North Lancashire and Lakes & half hour from Thronton-Cleveleys & nearby towns. The host is extremely helpful and supplies all mod cons with the accommodation. Highly recommended.

Had a lovely few days in a peaceful location overlooking the lake - very picturesque. The caravan was bigger than I expected and very comfortable, especially the large main bedroom. There was a washing machine, dishwasher and a fully equipped kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return. We would highly recommend a stay at Joanne's caravan. Thank you

Luan is hands down the best Airbnb host we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, she made our weekend spectacular with thoughtful gifts that instantly made us feel welcome. The house was beautifully equipped with everything we could possibly need, and we especially loved the games and the hot tub—it made our girls’ weekend so much fun and extra relaxing. Every detail of our stay exceeded expectations; this was truly more than a 5-star experience. We’re already planning to come back because we didn’t want to leave! Louise is a fantastic host. Friendly and welcoming and left biscuits, crisps and a lovely bottle of wine as a welcome treat. This is in a stunning location made even more beautiful with the snow. Quiet and peaceful Looking forward to being able to visit in sunny weather then we can make use of the outside space. Everything was perfect. Clean, warm, cosy, well equipped Great weekend unwinding. Would stay again
