A lovely large, quirky apartment in a quiet neighbourhood near to restaurants and bars. Approx.30 minute easy walk to the cathedral and centre of the city.

The host was very communicative and gave a lot of great recommendations for restaurants and what to do around cologne. Apartment is very quiet and in a great location with only 20min walk from old town. Super clean with all the amenities in the kitchen + they had left us milk and orange juice in the fridge. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here and would book here again. The listing is very accurate and the flat was very clean. We had no trouble finding the place and Stefanie had provided us with instructions in addition to information that was in the flat itself. I thought it was a good location for visiting the Christmas markets.

We had a great time at this home which was as described. Very convenient, especially thanks to its proximity to the train station, it offers all the comforts you need to feel at home. Alexis was very responsive to the few small issues we had, which made the experience even more enjoyable. An address to remember, we will not hesitate to come back and you can book without second thought!

Place is exactly as described, easy walking distance to central station , cathedral and many other attractions. We walked everywhere, apartment was very clean and host was friendly and responsive throughout.

Convenient location to tram, easy to get into Köln. Very responsive host, nice welcome and showed us some key places on the map. Good value, clean & comfortable, slightly older furnishings. Well stocked kitchen.

This is a very special place for those seeking a relaxing and quiet time, with great access to the hiking and bicycle paths of the Hautes Fagnes. The apartment is furnished tastefully and the kitchen equipped with everything you need. The ability to use the wood-fired sauna is always a highlight. We came back to this place several times and are always impressed by the hospitality and kindness of Michel and his wife.

The house is quiet, very nicely decorated in style and in an original way and there was also some beers in the fridge and tea and coffee making. A little extra: there was a large supply of comics:-). PS: Eric also picked us up from the station and he allowed us to stay several more hours after checkout!

Staying with Raphaëlle and Benoît was great! A beautifully furnished apartment with fantastic views, lots of peace and proximity to the forest. The two are extremely hospitable and loving as well as caring. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, we had a bit of bad luck with the heating. The apartment is heated with air conditioning on a heat pump. When we arrived it was outside but -3° and the air conditioning didn't have enough time to heat up the apartment. Raphaëlle and Benoît responded quickly, tried to adjust everything and brought us an extra heater. At these temperatures, however, it took about 1.5 days for the apartment to warm up. So if you prefer to be muggy in winter, you may need more of an offer with underfloor heating. There is air conditioning in the room in summer for that!

Our stay was all around perfect! The place was spotlessly clean and left nothing to be desired. Dagmar welcomed us warmly and explained everything exactly. The detailed directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants were particularly helpful. The location was ideal, and we immediately felt comfortable. Mother and I stayed at Clementine's b&b for 3 days. She was very enthusiastic and lied about her beautiful place near Maastricht. We felt more than at home! Very extensive breakfast with fresh local products. Relaxed place where you really unwind despite the shared spaces. Stefan welcomed us very friendly. After an extensive tour, we got a piece of cake with a drink, great! Thank you so much for letting us stay. Nice place to explore the area and also go to Maastricht for a day! We'd love to come back! 💫

My wife, son (age 4), and I stayed at Andrea's clean, comfortable, and relaxing apartment for a week after having spent three months in Belgium. We chose this place for its proximity and driving distance to the High Fens, Aachen, Maastricht, and Liege as well as the apartment itself, which had many fun amenities including a sauna, jacuzzi, and wood-burning dutch tub. While we couldn't get the dutch tub to work because (we think) it needed more water in it to circulate through the upper and lower coils, both the jacuzzi and the sauna were wonderful and worked great! The living room, couch, TV, and bedrooms/beds were better than most of the Airbnb places where we've stayed, and everything was clean and spotless. Lastly, Andrea was a very kind and responsive host. She greeted us at the door, said goodbye when we left, and gave us lots of local recommendations while we were there. Very relaxing stay, and definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Vanessa's apartment, the wellness area of the bathroom was clean and of good quality, perfect for relaxing. The apartment is cozy and modern with all the amenities needed. We'll go back!

What an amazing experience!

Here we had a great extended weekend! Right in the center of Malmedy, fresh shop across the street, bakery and restaurants within walking distance. Apartment itself is nothing to criticize, everything tip top! Communication with the hosts was very smooth, friendly and always quick to respond. We'd love to come back here!

We stayed at Brigitte and Dany's place for 2 nights over New Year. The apartment was distinctive and exactly as shown in the pictures. From the terrace we had a perfect view over the city and the fireworks. Communication went smoothly and check-in was very easy. The hosts welcomed us in a very friendly way. We would recommend the place to anyone. 5 stars!

Marlou was super friendly, check in and departure were quite easy and the place was clean and very nice. There is not much going on in the immediate vicinity, but with a car, supermarkets and restaurants are not far away. For more than 2 people, the place is a bit small, but for a break for two it is perfect.
