This is my second time staying at Funke's place within a year. It definitely makes me feel at home. I love that there is driveway parking, the neighborhood is very quiet. It was very cold in England when I visited in January so the heat was working properly and I was very cozy. As long as this property stays available I will be staying here every year when I visit the UK.

I highly recommend this flat for anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Birmingham, whether for business or leisure. I'll definitely consider staying here again on my next trip!

Mo was so responsive and always on hand to help. Mo was accommodating and flexible to meet our travelling demands. The place was clean and tidy and would be beautiful in the summer with the balcony view. The place was in such an accessible area and walking distances to most places. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice and clean apartment had all amenities listed and more! Nice view. The filter water jug was a game changer loved it, would definitely be my first choice if I’m ever in the city again. Nicest host made us feel right at home and relaxed.

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

Great place to stay whilst working at the NEC. Only 2.9 miles away, secluded location and quiet. Will be booking with Dan again for 2026.

Rooms very spacious and very comfy living room for us to chill over the Christmas period.. easy to find with easy check in and out. Had a nice park with shops near by for walking the dog in a quiet location

Liony’s was an excellent host and the house was wonderful! Lots of space and ideal for those travelling with cars. Also very close to the city centre, no public transport required. I would definitely stay again.

Lovely place, me and friends had a lovely time. not too far from Manchester and Peak district. The entertainment is great! we had a lovely time playing games and chilling in the out house. Would highly recommend. Andrew was also helpful and very informative

Lee was an excellent host, pro active in messaging, checking in on anything we needed. Everything was in an easy place to find and had everything we needed and more! Hot tub set up ready to go, would definitely recommend Lee to friends and family 👏😀

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

Lovely place to stay clean and pretty decor. Host gave clear instructions on how to gain access and we got in very easily. It’s about 15/20 min walk from town and train station so location is perfect. Great price too. Also a bar very close by can see it from the outdoor area. Recommend this place to a few people already, I’ll definitely be booking again had a lovely little break away.

I have stayed in Scott’s apartment for a month. Wonderful location! Supermarket and train station is near this place. It takes 15 mins to Manchester City Centre.

Penny and her husband were so helpful and attentive. On the first night, we noticed that the TV wasn’t working well. I asked Penny for advice. She immediately came round to see what was the matter. Both her husband and her decided to go and buy a replacement TV on the spur of the moment. Honestly it wasn’t needed but they insisted. We were overwhelmed by their kindness and efficiency by ensuring that we would enjoy our weekend by accessing the smart TV. Once the replacement TV arrived in the following hour, everything was resolved then. We were very happy! Then the following night, I had issues charging up my EV. Again Fiona came to my rescue. I felt awful being a burden on her but she was so patient and helpful. She took me to an alternative EV charging point round the corner - everything was fine in the end. Amazing first class service from her and her husband all weekend. We would go back with NO HESITATION. Highly recommended! Thank you for everything xx
