Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Stock Island

Our stay was fantastic! Great location with easy access to anywhere you’d like to go in the keys. We had 6 adult men stay in the unit (the max allowed) and it was a little cramped, but definitely not an issue. This would be perfect for a family vacation. Being on the canal was nice, perfect spot to park your boat and do some fishing while you grill up dinner. Fishing on the Jetty they have was a blast, the pool and jacuzzi were nice. Elaine was a fantastic host, responded to any questions we had almost immediately. The rules were easy to follow and not overly demanding. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We really liked the location. It was peaceful and private and a great neighborhood to walk around and to walk our dog. Yet, a short drive into Marathon for restaurants or any other needs. The house isn’t new but it was exactly as represented and it was perfect for us. Frank was very responsive. There were a couple of issues that he addressed immediately. It wasn’t his fault that because of the location, receiving repair parts can take some time. But Frank took care of our situations.

Fabulous house for a family! We loved the outdoor space, and being on the water. Lots to do nearby. We hope to come back!

House was fantastic. Best pool of any rental house anywhere. Very well furnished, had 90% of our meals in, no one wanted to leave. Marvelous sunrises and sunsets. Manatees came to visit but sadly we didn’t catch any fish. Ice machine was just fantastic. Ckeaners, comfortable naval ready booked for next year

This was a great house for our home base in the Keys. Ice cream shop, restaurants, bait and tackle, fishing charters, even an auto parts store are in walking distance. We especially enjoyed the pelicans, manatees and various fish close to home, ...and coconuts. It is a short drive to Bahia Honda State Park, one of our favorite stops for swimming and snorkeling. Key West is an hour and 15 minutes south. That is where we caught the Yankee Freedom for our trip to Dry Tortugas National Park. There were a couple of issues that we were able to resolve reasonably. We were especially glad that there were spare bed sheets we could change as there was something (a few short hairs and maybe crumbs?) on the original set. We were pleasantly surprised there were no bugs inside and very few outside. Overall this was a great place to stay. We would stay here again.

The cottage was peaceful and quiet with lovely shade trees. It had an everything we needed for a relaxing week in the keys. It’s very convenient to the bike path and state parks for hiking and paddling. Our host provided everything we needed.

If you’re looking for a place in the keys Casa Kokomo will not disappoint. This place has it all, is so well equipped, and the location could not be better. We could walk to Publix and Walgreens. The Cracked Conch Cafe is a great little breakfast spot and a must get is the fried cracked conch. My husband worked for Ritz Carlton much of his career in the hospitality industry and Kokomo gives you the same level of luxury you’d expect from the highest level quality hotel brands; from the linens on the beds to the cozy robes. We like to fish and rented a boat that we parked out back on the private dock. The back yard is so private and is an oasis. If you’re like us and you work hard to enjoy your vacation time, choose Casa Kokomo, you won’t be disappointed.

Great stay in Key West in this nice little house. Historic Key West Vacation Rentals was thorough, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was easy. The house was small like everything in key west but had everything we needed. AC was cold, hot tub was hot, coffee maker made coffee. Everything was clean on arrival. Only compromise that was frustrating was that the bathroom light was on the outside of the bathroom, behind the open door. Both of us could never get the hang of it so we always went into the bathroom and had to come back out to hit the switch. But since that was our biggest hiccup, this place was great.
