Apartment holiday rentals in Stevens Point

My husband and I LOVED Kim’s place! Honestly, the photos don’t do it justice. She perfectly combines the historical nature of the building with modern amenities and doesn’t hold back on quality! The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in; it’s clear Kim spared no expense and curated every linen and bedding piece to make it super cozy. The kitchen and bathroom were squeaky clean. Kim provided a plethora of bath towels and extra bedding, as well as swim towels for the lake! Her communication was stellar; she was kind, proactive and responsive. The space is well designed and simple; it’s not kitsch or cluttered. The bikes in the back were so fun to ride on the bike path along the lake and the nearby shops and restaurants are a must-see/experience. You’re really going to love it at Kim and Craig’s place - I’m already trying to plan my trip back there!

Kyra was great since the beginning. We had few changes in our plans and she was flexible all the time. Her place was bigger and better than expected. She was really thoughtful and left us some treats. We are grateful for spending such wonderful days. Would definitely go back and will recommend for sure!

Lisa's apartment was great for my ~week-long stay. It is roomy and has everything I needed. The kitchen is particularly nice. I was grateful for A/C on hot days, but even when it wasn't running, the ceiling fans kept the place cool. As others have mentioned, the water isn't very tasty, so I brought bottled water and was glad to have it. There is some traffic noise through the wee hours, and I slept better after getting some earplugs. These things were offset by the delicious treat Lisa left for me in the fridge and her generous offer of a pizza at the restaurant across the street.

We were headed to Green Bay for Packer Family Night but also have family in Fond du Lac. This was a nice in between location to spend our nights. The apartment was spacious and comfortable and gave us a peaceful nights’ rest.

Thank you for sharing your property for our family. We had a nice weekend even though the rain came. It was nice to keep our boat there and walk on the dock and relax and go out on our boat and enjoy the fish. thanks again

I had a really great time here. I was here for a job assignment for a whole month. Nothing beats coming home to a very clean and beautifully furnished, quiet apartment after a long day at work. The whole place always smelled good. Everything is provided and all you have to bring is your clothes and some groceries. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were free for my whole stay. The WIFI was pretty fast as well. I loved just relaxing in the living room while you hear the ambient sound of the plow trucks passing by from outside. But don't worry, by 8 pm, everything gets quiet and you won't hear anything from outside. Sometimes I thought it was too quiet. The neighbors in the building were super quiet as well. Hopefully next time, I can rent this place again, but next time, I'll bring my family. There are a lot of things you can do around the area. There is a brewery across the street and I was told that it is one, if not, "the best" in town. Heidi was nice enough to leave a binder of all the great things you can do around the area. From restaurants to adventures. Thank you Heidi and hope to stay here again.

Cute, clean, and bright space. We loved being able to walk out of the building right to the farmers market, restaurants, and bars downtown.

I loved Mike's apartment. The location was perfect; 20 minutes door to door to Sand Valley. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access. Comfortable twin beds with massage functions as well! Great kitchen and a nice bathroom and shower. I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone coming up to the area

John's place is our home away from home when we visit our daughter and her family in Oshkosh. It is cozy, comfortable and just perfect! John always answers any questions quickly. We love having the dedicated parking spot in the garage (especially in the winter!).

We had a wonderful time staying at Nick and Rosario's Wausau home. The house was spotless when we arrived, and the updated kitchen and furnishings throughout made for a very comfortable stay. There is a nice enclosed vestibule at the entrance, which was great for storing our ski gear. The location is a short walk to the vibrant downtown area and a 10-minute drive to the Granite Peak ski area. Nick was an extremely responsive and gracious host who bent over backwards to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you again, Nick—we would most definitely stay here again!

My son and I stayed for the weekend while visiting my mom. This place was the perfect place to come back to and relax. We did get a little confused with the steps and different doors, but we made it in. The train was very relaxing to us and we found ourselves looking forward to hearing it. We didn't cook at all, but the kitchen was very well appointed. Nice place and my son wants to go here again.

Robert was VERY responsive and able to accommodate an early check in (cannot always be expected). Walkable to many great establishments in Stevens Point! A plus: Roku easily synced with my accounts for nice background entertainment.

I had a wonderful stay at Hector’s place. A fully stocked kitchen (lots of very nice dinnerware/drinkware and kitchen gadgets) plus a container with coffee, cream, oatmeal etc was available (nice touch). The bathroom was stocked with all the necessities and great linens. The neighborhood is very peaceful and I enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck outside. The neighborhood feels very safe. I had never used the August app to gain entry before, that was very straight forward and easy to use. The unit is so nicely decorated, made for a comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive, a message to them through the app was responded to immediately. The location is perfect, quick car ride to the downtown area and very quick access to the interstate. I would certainly return to this home upon my next visit.

Beautiful second floor downtown condo. The location was very walkable to parks, the farmers' market, and downtown restaurants, yet also was very quiet and peaceful. The rooms inside were very spacious and charming.

This place was set up perfectly for the group we had and so close to where we needed to go for a 50th birthday party . She kept in communication with us for check in and check out. Would definitely recommend this place as it’s right near alit of shops and restaurants.

We stayed here over Thnakgiving. Could not be happier with the discover of this AirBnB. Quiet neighborhood, we never heard any traffic despite the location is on a main road. Everything was clean and the unit was so cozy. Kitchen had the essentials to make meals and warm up leftovers. It was nice to have the garage to keep the snow off the car when it snowed. We will definitely rebook when we return to visit family. Jenn was so responsive initially during booking. We did not encounter any problems at all.

Yi and Michael's place was really beautiful and they were amazing hosts to us. The apartment was absolutely on-point for the theme and the locality was perfectly peaceful for a short getaway.

We had such a relaxing weekend at Jolynne's place. The hot tub was so relaxing, kitchen had everything we needed, and the animals were adorable. We will most definitely be back!
