Top location with access to a public swimming lake (free of charge). You are far enough away from the lake so as not to be harassed by bathers and close enough to walk quickly. The apartment was super clean and newly furnished. Family Paulsteiner is always responsive and very helpful. Bicycles can be easily stored. To shop you need your car or better a bike. The location is predestined for this. From our apartment we had alpine and lake views. It couldn't be better. We will be back.

Carole’s place was as described. Steps from the old city, lively neighborhood, across from the river with lots of foot traffic and retail. Perfect spot for Oktoberfest or just a weekend. Away in a cool little city

It was soooo wonderful, listening to the creek in the morning, the light-flooded apartment has such a relaxing effect. I enjoyed it soooo. An environment inside and out with a very beautiful energy. I'll definitely go there again.

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment is spacious, clean and very convenient. From there, the center of Seefeld can be reached in less than ten minutes. The pictures reflect the actual state of the apartment. The hosts were quite reactive and all information needed came in due time.

Michael’s directions were perfect. They made finding the apartment very easy, and the whole process simple. The area is quiet and peaceful, and makes for a great place to spend your downtime while on vacation. Michael had great ideas and suggestions of things to do and places nearby, and was always available for any assistance that may be needed. We are just sad that we only had a week to spend there. We would gladly go again. A very short walk to the tram line makes getting around the city very easy. We could have not asked for a better place to spend our time. I highly recommend Michael’s apartment.

Had a wonderful stay with Sophia. Friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Chickens on the farm laid my breakfast for me! home made jams … bread service if required. The appartment is really well equipped and everything is in good condition with lots of homely touches to make sure you enjoy your stay. We will definitely be booking again! Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Great place, close to ski areas and nice cross-country trails. The house has a beautiful dining room, the kids loved the big room with the bunk beds. Everything is clean. Isabell is very friendly and helpful.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed the weekend in the house very much. The place looked like the photos and it's in a scenic and quiet environment. Janin was very friendly and she provided us with the most important information. In addition to the great hiking opportunities, there is the tavern "Zum Fun Hirsch" in the area, which we can recommend. I'd love to come back =)

We are still thrilled with the beautiful chalet where we felt completely comfortable. Everything was perfect: clean, well equipped and prepared with so much love. As a family, we enjoyed our time there. The location is great, and with the great weather we were really lucky – it snowed over Christmas, and the kids were able to enjoy the Winter Wonderland to the fullest. The sun has also spoiled us, and there is so much to discover in the area. We are particularly grateful for Sebastian's valuable tips, thank you for the helpful and communicative support.

Everything was great, we were warmly welcomed, everything was explained sufficiently and otherwise we enjoyed the peace and quiet all week. The apartment is extremely cozy and spacious, everything you need is sufficiently available and you can watch the starry sky. Everything is clean, functional and tastefully furnished. If you are looking for peace and quiet, like to hike and visit the nearby spa in Bad Wurzach (about 10 km) or Bad Waldsee (about 25 km), you are in the right place. As a welcome, there was even homemade bread. We'd love to come back!

Super good location, as an exit for many hikes. Easy to reach by public transport, but the bus from Kochel station only runs once an hour(but also easily on the holidays). Basics like oil and spices were also available in the kitchen. Everything was as described in the accommodation, check-in was very relaxed :)

Rainer was extremely helpful with all of my needs and adjustments. He was generous with tips and ideas for experiencing the local environment. He was kind with changes in my schedule, which was not to be automatically to be expected, given the Christmas holiday period when I rented. I would definitely like to return, and I will (reluctantly!) recommend this sacred place to others who might appreciate its many rare qualities. The setting is second-to-none, and Rainer is even moreso. One of the top places I have ever rented on this site.

Anke and Christian were very gracious hosts! They made sure that we checked in easily and provided wonderful recommendations for activities and restaurants. The condo was wonderfully clean and bright and comfortable. It was such a delight to view the lake through the glass doors and balcony by the kitchen and living room. A really delightful experience in beautiful Tegernsee!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location is ideal for daytrips to Munich or the region south of Munich towards the Alps. A very important feature was the very comfortable bed !

Wonderful location in the old city behind the Rathaus with beautiful walks to the Maximilienstrasse, the Függerei, and the Christmas Market. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Very comfortable apartment with plenty of space and charm. Marcel was proactive in sharing parking and checkin instructions with plenty of pictures to make it easy. We had a wonderful time in Wolfgang Wohbubg. For the kids and us, it was the perfect place to recharge. We hiked a lot and used the pool and sauna extensively. The apartment is also super equipped and with sunshine we had a wonderful view of the mountains and the beautiful Walchensee.

I’ve stayed in this apartment for four months and find it quite a pleasant stay. It is well connected to everything in Landsberg and you can easily access nature as well. Only downside is that no supermarket is within walking distance, but Rewe is close by with 7min drive.

The host are welcoming us privately and explain the whole place facilities warmly and clearly. The place is very nice and big enough for 4 of us. The warm floor deck system is very useful during winter. Host providing many snack and complete coffee type. The environment is very peaceful and safe. The place is very recommended for us who want to taste the local taste in suburban of Munchen.
