Fantastic house in downtown Steamboat! Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the bus stop (so super convenient for skiing) and 5-15 minutes walk to downtown, depending on where you're going. Very clean all around. The bed is comfortable. Large smart-TV in the living room was a great perk. The place is extremely dog friendly, and a short walk to a nice off-leash walking path. Cody was a fantastic host, easy to communicate with, and provided great amenities (namely, a well stocked kitchen with coffee/coffee maker, snacks, some drinks in the fridge, etc.)! Our reservation was automatically a noon checkout, which makes for a much more relaxing check out experience than the usual 10 or 11 am. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this house! We were able to walk to all of the main street area and the house stayed warm even on chilly winter days. Danielle was responsive and helpful during our stay as well! Highly recommend staying here!

The place was beautiful and worked great for two adults and 5 kids. The views were wonderful. Lawrence was quick to respond to questions.

Yves and Megan were wonderful hosts, welcoming and going the extra mile when it came to my grocery delivery mix up to make sure I had what I needed given my late arrival. The house is a home which is apparent from the thoughtful touches throughout, fun family photos, heirloom linens, and fully stocked kitchen. The location is exceptional as it is one of the few available rentals in old town, walkable to shops and restaurants downtown and immediately accessible to the local trail system. The neighbors are friendly and most had dogs which our lab Scout thoroughly enjoyed on her daily walks on Butcher Knife and Spring Creek trails.

We had a great long weekend here! The house had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen has plenty of utensils/pots and pans for us to use. Bradley was very responsive and accommodating. Not to mention the gorgeous views from the home! We would gladly stay here again when we make it back to Steamboat

What a beautiful space! We came up to the mountains to enjoy the Steamboat Hot Air Ballon Festival and we had the most spectacular view from right down the street from Tara’s home! We loved everything that steamboat had to offer for the summertime and the space was perfect for four adults and two children. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Our family enjoyed our time at Jasen’s, as we and each of our three children and their spouses, enjoyed well-appointed private spaces, while easily gathering in the common areas as the kitchen, dining room, piano, and living room flow seamlessly into the yard, all with a view of the ski area and a quality stereo for listening. The expansive entry foyer has plenty of space to store outdoor gear/clothing. The location means LOTS of great walks on the core trail and Lincoln Ave., with the bus stop to the mountain just two blocks away. I would rent this space again in any season for our family time!

It was nice and the amenities were nice. This is a hotel/resort property. The Airbnb listing was just for booking. The hotel/resort was managing the experience from check-in to check-out. There were terms and conditions of the hotel/resort in addition to the airbnb terms and conditions. There was an additional credit card deposit upon arrival. The wi-fi was an additional charge as well. This resort does not allow pets. It’s service animals only.

Salil is the man. We’ve stayed in many places around the world - Salil is one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. He’s not only helpful and communicative, but he’s proactive. Asked me what kind of wine we liked and had a bottle waiting for us upon arrival. The place is spacious (fit five adults and infant) with enough room for privacy when needed. Enjoy relaxation in the hot tubs and heated pool after a day on the mountain. It’s an incredible space. Easy walk to Wild Horse gondola with service to the mountain. You won’t regret paying to stay here. Salil will take care of you, and you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our stay at this condo. The location was great and the unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need for a great family vacation. Martin and Christina were incredibly responsive and helpful and quickly addressed the issues we had experienced. They were terrific communicators and were flexible and responsive with several requests we had during our stay. We would definitely stay at this condo again in the future.

Nicole was fantastic. Super responsive. Such a great place to stay. My daughter and I loved being able to walk to the resort right across the street! We'll be back.

Great location being so close to gondola and being close to the town. House was very nice, clean, with really top-end finishing that you would expect for a property at this price point. Family had a great time and we enjoyed being able to take advantage of the pool, work out room, and game room.

Wonderful, warm house with plenty of space for our family and a friends family. Amazing hot tub, great access to thunderhead which is a short walk up the hill. Our dog Parker loved it too! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent place, excellent location. Very cozy place and has everything we needed to make our trip very comfortable. The hosts were excellent and very responsive. They checked in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed.

This is a top tier place to stay. The design and quality of the home was excellent and we hope to stay again in the future. The view from the main floor is exquisite and the location is close to the ski slopes.

Plenty of space to sleep, play games, watch a movie. The kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen ever in an AirBnB. And the beds were very comfortable.

Great 2 floor condo in downtown Steamboat walkable to shops and restaurants. Great natural light from the big windows and nice to have patios on both floors. Kitchen had almost everything we could need, and the grill was a nice plus! Very nice to have a warm garage with 2 parking spots in the bottom. Would definitely stay here again.

We will absolutely want to stay again. Tom had everything and was a lovely host. The house was extremely clean and comfortable…. Beautiful large deck and covered parking were a total bonus!

Wonderful home so close to everything ! Jasen is the best host. So responsive and patient with my many pre-stay questions :) Comfortable spaces and well-stocked kitchen for cooking. Lots of extra towels and blankets and other amenities. Our party of 6 felt right at home with enough room for all. Steamboat is one of our favorite places and we would definitely stay here again.

My family LOVED our stay in Steamboat, and this AirBnB was a key part of it. Felt super homey, well decorated, clean, and had all key amenties (private parking, ski locker). One member of our group didn't ski and loved being able to walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown, and the mountain was only a 10 min drive each day. Communication was great, instructions clear -- we'd stay again in a heartbeat and are already talking about making it an annual trip.
