Holiday rentals with a patio in Statesville

Incredible location (especially if you’re attending anything at BOA, or sporting event in the area). Such a nice place, we spent 4 days here and highly recommend. Bed was so comfy, too! And the washer and dryer were a huge plus.

We had a great stay at Fayez's place! The apartment was super spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of amenities. It was in the best location for our weekend plans (1 mile from BoA stadium!), and so close to lots of other great areas in Charlotte. Fayez was welcoming, friendly, and responsive. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Charlotte!

We absolutely loved staying here, we were only here for a short time and found it very quiet. Comfortable and felt very at home. Would highly recommended staying here.

Bev and her family was OMG AMAZING her kids were very friendly and wonderful manners .I really didn’t want to leave . We Literally felt right at home . Whenever we came from work and we needed anything bev and her family always provided . She also gave us a goodie bag when we arrived and that has never happened in all my time renting BNBS . They are definitely my new North Carolina family and I will be back this will be my home away from home ❤️❤️ thank you my girl for everything 😘❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Hosts were friendly and communicated with me through everything! Very informative and the place was beautiful! We will definitely book here again for our next visit to Charlotte for another hornets game !☺️ , checking out was an easy process too.

Very cute and extremely clean house.

My stay was great. The home was clean with only minor cosmetic issues. Even though it is a duplex (so you share a wall with the “neighbors”), we could not hear the other guests at all throughout the home. Bria is kind and professional and responds to all questions pretty much immediately. The only thing I did not like about the home is related to the area. There is a train nearby that operates at odd hours. I am a light sleeper, so I was the only one to hear its horn blaring for a few seconds around 2 am and then again at 9:30 am.

Very nice house decorated in good taste. The Hosts are great! It got very chilly at night and the brought in extra blankets quickly after requesting. We’d love to return when available!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Kristen’s place was great! The location is phenomenal, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean, really cool garage door to open the patio.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

Chad was a great host and the place was prefect. It was walking distance from the city and very easy to travel to and from for places outside the city of Charlotte. For the place to be what and where it was, couples along with a great price it was amazing. Would definitely recommend

This is a go-to location near beautiful Lake Norman. I’ve stayed here multiple times and consider it my home away from home. There is so much to do and the space is very secure. Jeremy is a terrific host that always responds and listens to any suggestions. 5 stars from me!

Audrey's place was perfect! great location as well. place was very clean! bed was very comfortable and plenty of extra blankets! restroom was perfect Size for just us 2 and had everything we needed even extra towels! we will definitely come back!
