The house is in a well-located, easily accessible, family-friendly and organized condominium. All electrical and hydraulic installations working normally, towels and bed linen, kitchen utensils, new microwave, 20-liter bottles, good refrigerator, large table... everything very good. In the rooms, everything is working well, the air-conditioning is cool, not to mention that for those who like to sleep with the window open, the view and the sea breeze cool the environment well. Just be careful with the bathroom floor, which is slippery, especially for children or seniors. Otherwise, it was a very good experience in a week's stay. Both for the house and the condominium premises.

The house is a dream, located 300m from Playa do Amor, near the center, meters from supermarket, bus stop, pharmacy, bakery, bars, everything you need. The pool is beautiful, and the entire layout of the house. My dog Lulu who accompanied us on this vacation enjoyed the park which is duly fenced for our tranquility. The house is beautiful and very spacious, outdoor area very large and very cozy, even camping, the house sleeps well 4 people, the kitchen is well equipped, air conditioning is very efficient. A bad aspect is the distance to the center, if you are walking, but if you are driving it is super quiet, drive 5 minutes, park in the main and enjoy the city in a 10 minute walk to the center. I recommend it for the excellent cost benefit, I went on the holiday and paid super well!

Amazing house with a very good energy. The only point we had was about the pool that wasn't very clean. But Ana soon resolved and we can use it. The day I went was raining always, so the streets are from Barros and were always flooded, it's good to go with a car that can handle it. Otherwise, very good and equipped house.

Our stay at Casa Ibiza was excellent, the house is modern, compact, practical and very comfortable, has a great location, very close to the beaches and the center of Pipa. The Vander and the Marina that manage the house were very helpful and always responded to us quickly, in addition to having in the data many good tips on what to do in the city. For all this, we were very pleased with our stay at the house!

I felt at home. Larissa was very solicitous. All very organized, clean, functional and with a very good taste decoration. I didn't feel the need to take anything but clothes and food. The structure of the condominium is very well thought out for various needs. Home office, playroom, game room, cinema, spa, plus pools with excellent restaurant, cool service, recreators and activities for children and adults. It was a very comfortable, pleasant and fun stay. I highly recommend it to anyone who is interested in spending a few days in Natal/RN, opt for this accommodation. Very close to the city with a great structure nearby.

To those who are in doubt, I spent 1 week in this amazing apartment, spectacular view, air conditioning working perfectly, neighbors and employees of the super gentle and friendly condominium, Natal is a welcoming city in many ways, strong point is the security of the neighborhood, go without fear, hyper recommend.

If you are looking for a place that gives you peace and tranquility, you can rent it. All was clean, with towels, smelling bedding, pillows on every bed, blankets. The kitchen is super-equipped and we were able to make all the food we planned during the trip. I need to make a special thanks to Ulf, he received us and took care of all communication prior to our arrival, during and at checkout. Super attentive, kind and cared for us at all times (Congratulations on the work, Ulf!). Following the rules of the condominium is important and the care in the inspection was evident. Gostei! Plus, the roof and the balcony have incredible views of the vegetation and the beach. The main street, where there are several restaurants, shops and bars, is very close. I did it all by walking and I was able to relax! My friends loved and also indicate. PS: The pool gets hot during the day because of the incidence of solar rays. Then, I indicate to go at the beginning of the day or early evening.

The apartment is spacious and very nice. The condominium is a spectacle, sorry that we did not have time to enjoy all the amenities. We were able to welcome our guests. And the exit to the sea, with umbrella loans and chairs. Vanessa responded promptly to us, all our requests.We will be ready soon.

As always, Natal is amazing but our stay in the appartment of Eva was next level! Great appartment on walking distance of the beach. Eva and her husband are amazing hosts, the best i ever experienced! When i'm going to Natal again in the future, and i will, the first thing i will do is to check if Eva her appartment is available. I wish i could give 10 start!

One of the favorite stays of my life! And look, I've stayed in dozens of places and cities. The apartment is super cozy, very well located and has an indescribable view! The area is full of restaurants, has several options for breakfast and well policed. Iza is a lovely person and was super attentive with us. We already miss the apartment and we intend to return soon!

Our experience was great. Comfortable, cozy, clean and well-equipped apartment. Not to mention the resort structure and access to the beach where we were able to enjoy a lot.
