I really enjoyed the stay. The apto is very good and is located in the excellent Beach Living Condominium and has swimming pools for children and adults, a leisure area and is in front of the beach, which is great for hiking.

Juan's every town was very clean when we arrived. The location is very central, very close to Broadway. The view from the terrace is sensational. Cabem up to 12 people very comfortable, I highly recommend!

This apartment was perfectly situated for exploring Pipa! We loved its proximity to the vibrant walking street while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. Being close to markets, pharmacies, beach, and restaurants was incredibly convenient. The apartment itself was well-equipped with the essentials, and the host was very responsive to our requests. We initially worried about noise, but it wasn't disruptive at all – we slept soundly every night. Highly recommend this spot for a relaxing Pipa getaway!

The apartment is great, well equipped, air-conditioned and well spacious. The condominium is well organized, with 4 pools, a restaurant with good food and a mini market. The sea on the front is very calm when it is dry, quite inviting to enjoy with children. Without a doubt, I would remain in this apartment again.

Hosting exactly matches the listing. Staca all extremely clean and organized. clear instructions and super easy check. Salvatore was excellent at explanations and responded quickly. In Mare is a nice place to stay, with a super cool structure! The resort has a gym, toy library, spa, lounge and, on weekends, the bar opens with lunch, snacks, etc. The beach in front of In Mare is very tasty and good for surfing and walking. The location is also great! near Ponta Negra and other southern beaches. Loved the venue and will be back!

The beach house during Carnival was a spectacular choice! The festive atmosphere combined with the seafront location brought a unique energy. The proximity to local events and the ease of getting around the region added a special touch to our stay. Even during the hustle and bustle of Carnival, the house offered a quiet getaway. Definitely a memorable experience that exceeded expectations.

The host (Denise) was exceptionally understanding when we need to change the reservation for health reasons. Always very attentive in all communications. I love this travel model of renting an apartment in a resort-like structure (and , in this case, foot in the sand). How wonderful to walk to the beachfront at night to say goodbye to the sea... It was exceptional! We prepared almost all our meals in the apartment, greatly reducing costs and optimizing the fun time of the children who stayed in the pool. The current pool, alias, is a beautiful differential, making success with children and adults! We were very comfortable throughout the condominium space, always treated with attention and cordiality by the employees. The academy served very well. The plan of the apartment is very practical, we went in 6 people, two families and we were well housed. Excellent cost-benefit!

The house is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The private pool is great. The house was neat and clean. As Buganvílias make the environment special. Mrs. Poliana and her daughter were very gentle and gave the necessary attention to our needs. The stay could not have wished for better.

José's space is very pleasant, all rooms with air conditioning , fit 6 people peacefully, bed linen and towels ok, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sandwich maker and blender ok. It doesn't have many pots but the location is amazing. Inside a very nice hotel, wonderful pool, garage and very helpful staff. Location the best of Pipa, on the street with restaurants and commerce and close to the beach ( access by hills) . Recommended !
