We adore the apartment and everything that the building offered, a beautiful pool with a panoramic view, everything very clean, the readiness of the building's staff when requested. Our accommodation was great, as good gauchos we enjoyed a good barbecue by the pool every day in the evening after enjoying the beach a lot. The house has everything you need to feel at home. Lucas and Dona Marlene who received us are very cordial and guided in every detail to make our stay even better. The house is close to the beach of the carpenter which is beautiful and very close to the village of the cabinetmaker where there are shops and restaurants. Milagres and charming. We'll be back for sure. Thanks Lucas!!

Meiryane was wonderful. In addition to being thoughtful, he was willing to help us with some personal unforeseen events. Always kind and loving, he hugged us and welcomed us in the best way possible. We feel welcomed and at home The house is perfect. Spacious, clean and tidy. Super-equipped kitchen, smelling bedding. From the beginning it was super attentive. The house corresponds with the description of the photos and manages to surpass himself in person. The house was smelling like cleanliness, impeccable bed and bath towels, all very smelling. Very whimsical and organized. Great rooms with full linens. The pool is the heart of the house, a delight to relax. The questions we had were promptly answered. The indication of the Calamares restaurant was perfect, delicious place!!! I hope to return soon. We spent Christmas at Casa Aratu and it was very tasty. There's a table on the balcony, very nice ... we spent hours chatting after meals. The beach access is very short...through the coconut trees..beautiful. The beach of the house then...is wonderful !!!!! nor sunguard, we were under the trees just enjoying the nuances of the blue of the sea. We definitely recommend it.

Maravilhosa!!!! Carla's house is a delight!!! Super clean, but with all it takes to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. All furniture & linens are brand new and maintenance is up to date. And her husband loved the barbecue!!! 😅😅😅😅 A Carla is a sweetheart and always answers questions with promptness and agility. Vil, an employee and cook indicated by Carla, made the moment more familiar by making the dishes that we wanted to eat. The condominium is also excellent and has spaces such as a playground, redarium, laundry, and staff for setting up a parasol on the beach. The condominium staff are also extremely helpful, kind and polite!!! I look forward to being able to come back!!!!

the site is exactly the same as the photos 3 suites of the same size, huge room and balcony!! cutlery, glasses, pots, etc. unique detail, that the beach hike in this sun was a bit tiring and the place doesn't have much of a leisure option.

The apartment is very functional and nicely decorated. The rooftop pool is great. The location is great, close to the beaches and some good restaurants. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe to walk at night. On the ground floor of the condominium, around a very nice patio, there is a very charming café, an ice cream shop, a Japanese restaurant and other interesting shops. We love the stay. And Maceió is beautiful!!!

A wonderful stay! The space of the Rose is very welcoming, it made me and my wife feel at home. The surroundings are great, a few meters from the waterfront, close to the pavilion of handicrafts, there are nearby pastry, restaurants, market, pharmacy, gym… everything we needed for our week! We had a great stay: the apartment is big, airy, all the appliances were working and the beds are very comfortable. It had a protective screen on the balcony, which is perfect for those who travel with children, like us. The washing machine helped us a lot. The electronic system to get into the building made our stay easier since we were in a group and we didn't need to keep carrying keys. The location of the apartment is excellent, is a block of the beach, almost in front of the craft fair. It has supermarket, bakery and pharmacy nearby. The host quickly responded to messages and helped us in everything, including giving you restaurant tips.
