It is located in a new developing area with a good old town view in the balcony. The street is clean and spacious. Bus stop just next to the building. only 10mins walk to tram station. I love this place very much with few drinks and snacks provided. I really recommend to stay here if you visit Belgrade

The apartment were perfect for a week in Belgrad! It was nice and clean and we didn't miss anything. The location were also very good, just five minutes away to almost everything :-) When we had questions the host answered quickly, we recommend it!

Beautiful suite in a new building. The location is very attractive. Mrs. Maria is a wonderful host, willing to do everything to make guests feel good. It was a shame we only stayed one night because it felt like a home away from home. We'll be sure to choose that apartment again when we visit Belgrade. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay here! The place was spotlessly clean and up to the highest standards, making it incredibly comfortable and inviting. Jelena's place has most of the requirements that I look for: - centrally located, so I can get to restaurants and historic sights easily - spacious, it has a bedroom, kitchen, dining room and living room. And of course a bathroom - has a washing machine, always nice to have - good sized dining table. Doubles as a place to eat and a place to work on a laptop. - good sized living room. has a sofa so we don't have to always sit on the bed. Has enough room to lay down a mat and do some exercises. - has a microwave. We depend on one probably more than we should. - has a decent bathroom. I know the photo of the washing machine in the bathroom makes it look a little crowded but it was fine. Plus it provides more counter space for makeup and toiletries. the kitchen is lacking if you expect to do some serious cooking. On this trip we decided to eat museli for breakfast and eat our other meals out. So for our needs the kitchen was fine, We recommend Jelena's place.

Amazing place to stay in Belgrade. My Serbian friends called it the best splav house they ever saw. Very personal and well build interior. Nice terrace. Highly recommend. Be aware about transportation - taxi and delivery is hard to get to this house, and there is 25 min walk to the ada mall, where u can get taxi. Overall - its a very good place, i spent here 2 days with my friends and very thankful to hosts for this opportunity.

First of all, we are very satisfied with our stay. Ms. Milica and Mr. Petar were very understanding and helpful as soon as we first entered the house, then on the issues we needed and the day we left the house. For those who want to visit Belgrade, the location of the apartment is located extremely close to both the sava river, the bus stops to the places to visit and to the center. That's why we were very comfortable with transportation. In the house, it is also about cleaning and heating. We have never had any problems. Thank you for this stay and your hospitality. See you again on your next trip to Serbia.

Miroljub was very nice and responsible. Check-in and check-out were flexible and easy, it was generally a very relaxed atmosphere. We came with a dwarf schnauzer and had no issues. The apartment has a cute style, has a nice view, and everything was tidy and clean. We had complete privacy. There was a lot of space for things, but we didn't need that much because we only stayed for the weekend. I look forward to coming back!

This house is amazing! I rented it to spend time with my family and it was totally as described. We had sunbaths, swam in the pool and made a barbecue. There is totally everything you need to cook and live there. Maya (the host) met us near the house and showed us everything as well as answered all the questions asap. I recommend this house for 100%! ♥️

Đorđe was very responsive and proactively organized our stay before we got there. He even informed us that early check-in was possible ahead of time. On arrival, he met us nearby at a place easy to find and get to, then directed us to the house to avoid certain undesirable road condition. The house was very clean and looked just like the pictures. It was well stocked and the facilities were easy to use. We drove a car and there was no problem to visit places and eat. We did not spent much time in the outdoor areas and the pier. But they look like something a different family would enjoy. We recommend this place if you visit the area and don't mind living a little outside of the city center.
