Great place to stay in Morgantown for a football weekend or any other time. Walkable to the stadiums (about 45-60 minutes) and a short drive to the downtown area. The place itself is great. Clean, spacious, and accessible. The beds were pretty comfortable. There’s also a nice shared outdoor space.

Excellent peaceful and quiet place to relax. Carmen is an amazing host! Was sad the resort restaurant was closed but I was able to grill/cook easily at the house. 110% recommended booking any of Carmen's places especially this one! thanks again for letting me stay.

This is a beautiful home in a very peaceful and serene setting. It was perfect for our couples getaway weekend. The fireplace was outstanding! The home was very clean and well appointed with all the necessities. Customer service and response time were excellent. We would definitely return to this wonderful home.

My family and I drove over 10 hours and got to the house very late, it was very welcoming which allowed us to rest easily and get the proper recovery we needed. The home was beautiful and the beds were very comfy so we all got a great nights sleep. Morgan was also very understanding of our situation and didn’t rush us out. I wish we had more time to stay, but i couldn’t be happier with my choice to stay at this home. Definitely one of the nicest places i have stayed, and the price was more than fair.

Comfortable, bright welcoming house with ample seclusion and privacy in a quiet neighborhood. The occasional truck would pass by on the nearby road, but was clearly not a very active route. Relaxing bedrooms and lounge spaces with ample amenities made it the perfect home base to explore the area. Everyone had a great memorable time. Would definitely stay here again (and again).
