Villa holiday rentals in Stanza Mare Pool

We really enjoyed our stay at Obed’s home. Him and Mary were very helpful and responsive, especially when we faced a couple issues out of their control. The home is beautiful. While at an extra charge, the golf cart was great to have for getting to the beach and nearby restaurants within Cap Cana. We would recommend.

I booked this Airbnb in Cocotal for my parents and my grandmother as they were coming to visit for a wedding, and it was a great experience! The house was clean, well equipped and located in a quiet and safe environment. My family felt very comfortable during their stay, and communication with the host was quick and clear at all times. I definitely recommend it for those looking for a nice and convenient place in the area. 😊

I absolutely love this place! It is truly one of the best Airbnb’s i’ve stayed in. The house is outstanding. And the neighborhood is fantastic. It looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person. We were a party of six, with two eight year-olds. They really enjoyed the pool and the house. It is extremely comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house is spacious, airy, and bright. It is beautifully decorated and well kept. It is also super clean, which is extremely important to me. It has all of the utensils that you will need to cook and clean. The house is located in a gated neighborhood, with beautiful homes. It’s an excellent place for families and even just friends. There’s a beautiful church there and within walking distance to the shopping area that has great restaurants. You will see people walking in the evenings to this shops. You will also see a lot of people just walking in general. We love this place and will definitely come back! Thank you Carlos ❤️

I absolutely loved my stay at this beautiful villa. I came to share with my family and we all had a great time. We could relax and have a lot of fun. We loved that the villa is located 4 minutes from Downtown Punta Cana because we were able to enjoy many activities. We will be back very soon ! I will recommend it to my friends

Great place with a great host. The sound system, TVs, lights and pool make it about as cool as hang out pad can be. Definitely an awesome spot if you're looking for a quite, private place a little away from the hustle and bustle.

What a beautiful home! I have to say that out of all the airbnbs that I have stayed this is the one that felt like home. It was very clean! This property has very beautiful and well distributed living space. The back yard and pool were also very nice and we spent most of the time there. Very cozyyyy!!!! And also, one of my fav things while we were at this property was Karina. She is a lady that is at the property and took very good care of us and kept everything cleaned and organized.

The house is comfortable. The neighborhood is fairly new so they’re still doing construction around. No noise was around the house though which was nice. Security don’t play. It’s a very safe neighborhood. Yulian is the absolute best. Very attentive, responsive and helpful with everything we needed.

This house was amazing! While the pictures are great, it is even better in person. The house is large and airy, with the house being open to the elements with the exception of the bedrooms (they are air conditioned!). The outdoor space was just perfect. So many different types of flowers and trees make the backyard like an oasis - with a perfect pool to view them from. Our two kids lived in the pool! We took advantage of having all our meals cooked in house and I would absolutely recommend it. All meals were delicious with lots of variety - breakfast was always our favorite with fresh pineapple juice each day! One thing to note about the area is the seaweed on the beaches. I know this is something that happens everywhere on the island, so just be aware that it will be an issue using the beach. We didn’t mind since there is so much else to do - a visit to Scape Park, the cenotes at the ecological park right in the resort and a private snorkel trip and visit to the natural pools. Such an amazing and relaxing week!

We had a wonderful time at Luis’s place. Masiel is an amazing chef. All the food she made was delicious! Josefina was very helpful on suggestions of activities and getting us around. We had a large group and she was very accommodating and helpful :) I would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect relaxing get away! The house was amazing, the amenities were awesome, and we felt very safe. Natalia was very responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

My family & I had a FANTASTIC stay in Gary's Villa. The beds were beyond comfortable, house was very clean, perfectly located to the club & golf and Gary was very helpful and responsive. The hidden gem to this house though is, Yaneli!! She is 10/10- PERFECTION. Not once the whole week did she skip a beat. Clean towels everyday. Made beds everyday. Clean kitchen. Clean rooms. Clean bathrooms. And the best part... the meals that she prepares!!! Lasagna, Dominican Chicken & breakfasts!!! All around fantastic stay. We are already looking to come back!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Las Magnolias Villa 5. A 25-minute drive from most beaches, it fit our budget and allowed all 7 (and at the end 8) of us to stay together in the same apartment. This villa is ideal for a big group wanting to avoid the high prices of the touristy areas next to the beach. Ubers were easy to find and a nearby grocery store allowed us to shop and cook our own meals in the evenings after a long day at the beach. Jhonathan's service was 10/10. Upon arrival, he took the first arrivals of our party of 8 (we came from different destinations across the Americas) to look for a rental car (which was not available during the Christmas holidays and we found out was unnecessary due to abundant, affordable Ubers). He then dropped them off at a nearby restaurant. He answered all our questions quickly and was prompt to respond to requests for extra towels and other such things. Thank you for a wonderful experience in Punta Cana!

I recently stayed at an Airbnb in Punta Cana, and it was a fantastic experience. The property was exceptionally clean and beautifully maintained. Each room was convenient and came with its own bathroom, which added a nice touch of privacy. The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to explore. Overall, it was a very pretty place that made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed an incredible stay 6 day, 5 night stay at Carmen’s home. Long before we arrived, Carmen kindly helped us sort out in-house massages, provided recommendations for a local driver, as well as plans to celebrate NYE. The home was absolutely lovely, with plenty of space to stretch out, relax in the pool or simply enjoy the sun. Noel, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet. We were grateful to have her reset our rooms daily, help with laundry, and make sure we were cozy. Her morning coffee was an extra special treat too! I can’t think of a single thing that I would change about our stay. If you’re looking for a beautiful home to relax in with some friends, I highly recommend.
