Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Stann Creek District

Well thought out accommodation with lovely views of the sea. The grounds were very well kept and the beach was raked and cleaned twice during our five day stay. There are two kayaks onsite as well as two paddle boards which were great fun to use. It’s a very quiet location and you will need your own transport to get around. We enjoyed evening walks along the back roads and we were very sorry that we had forgotten our binoculars as the bird life was abundant. We will definitely stay again.

This place was perfect for our week in Placencia. it is conveniently located just off "the Sidewalk" (which is at the heart of Placencia) but was quiet and relaxing. The views from the front porch were fabulous. We had direct access to the beach and enjoyed the hammock and swing. The kitchen is adequate and more than adequate for what we needed (lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance). The washer and dryer were a huge bonus!

It’s a very comfortable little place to stay. Close to everything but far enough away from the centre of town that it is still quiet at night.

Great place to stay. It was clean and quaint. I checked in late due to a fishing trip and the host was accommodating. Great beach just steps away and meant of restaurants close by. Very modern shower and good A/C. I would stay here again! Placencia is a beautiful place and I hope to stay longer next time. From Canada, thank you!

Once again our stay at KhalKob’s was excellent. The young lady, Tyra, who looks after the office is an absolute gem. Coffee shops, restaurants & our favourite. . . The Barefoot are all within walking distance. And you’re on the beach within 2 minutes!

This was the 2nd time my husband stayed here for a week while he was in Placencia for business. He enjoyed it so much, we will definitely be staying here again on any future trips to Placencia.

This Placencia home exceeded all expectations. The staff's thoughtfulness showed from day one when they pre-stocked our house with food for Christmas Eve, knowing shops might be closed. Their attention to detail continued throughout our stay - from bringing fresh coconuts poolside to Mundo sharing his catch of an iguana after noting my interest. Morning paddle boarding sessions with Moira the dog became a cherished routine, and the other pups added joy to our days. The staff struck a perfect balance - always available and incredibly responsive, while allowing us the space to fully relax. They handled everything seamlessly in the background, letting us focus on enjoying this beautiful place This isn't just accommodation - it's a home away from home with staff who treat you like friends. Perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with genuine hospitality.

Tip’s Treehouse was a great stay, clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious, and with lots is amenities, like laundry, drinking water, parking and views. Brenda’s communication was always prompt and helpful throughout and Janette made check-in and check out a breeze (and was a friendly and helpful resource). We’d love to stay again sometime when we get back to Hopkins!

This was an absolute amazing place to stay to end our short Belize getaway! We had the beach and dock to ourselves the first night and most of the following day as the nearby casita wasn't rented. Lucas (property manager) came by shortly after we arrived to answer our questions and to take care of a minor repair (a/c in the kitchen). While it wasn't able to be rectified during ur stay, the weather was nice enough to simply use the fan to keep the place at a comfortable temperature. Check-in was simple and the home is truly wonderful and very comfortable! Both Brad and Lucas were quick to communicate and answer our questions. Highly recommend staying at this home if you head to Placencia and don't want to be right in the hustle and bustle of town and want a little privacy for your group!

Bonnie is a wonderful host and very helpful with recommendations. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The space is well laid out and private. We would definitely stay there again!

Kimberly was very friendly and was flexible when we needed to add a day. The house and furnishings matched the pictures and description exactly. It had plenty of room for us. The neighborhood was friendly and there was several places to buy groceries or prepared food to eat within a 5 minute walk. I will mention the road is a dirt road with huge potholes and since it rained nearly everyday, it could get a bit muddy. But none of that put any damper on our stay. Check in and check out was easy and prior to arriving she sent a link that led us straight to the house. It was a beautiful stay and I enjoyed meeting new people and experiencing the Dangriga culture. Belize itself was a beautiful hidden gem!

Tyler and Val were great hosts. The place is located right across from a great beach and everything is within walking distance. It’s a great place and we would definitely stay again.

Great beds and kitchen. Parking provided off street. Do have to climb 1 flight stairs, but not a problem. Good restaurants within walking. Friendly!

If you're looking for a place with charm, character, and unique experiences, this is the place for you. Since we had two small kids in tow, we loved having access to the kayaks, beach toys, and washer and dryer during our stay. There were also a handful of kids' books and toys, which were a really lovely touch that made a big difference during our stay. We also loved being close to Placencia but in a quiet, non-touristy area. Above all, we loved the lookout tower up in the treetops! Pro tip: Grab some fresh fruit at the market and use the juicer to make some delicious fresh-squeezed juice! That was a highlight for us.

The place was exactly as described. It at the northern side of town but can reach anywhere in town in about 10 minutes by car. Tobin's place will be our goto anytime we need to stay in Dangriga.

We loved our time at Sieri del Mal! The 3 bedroom home was incredibly spacious, and the deck outside was gigantic. The beds were quite comfortable, and we loved waking up to the ocean. Ratka was a wonderful host who communicated very well. She and her staff were so helpful and thoughtful (bringing fresh beach towels to your unit most days) The on-site pool was awesome, and we appreciated how easy it was to run between the ocean and pool. The local tour companies pick you up for water excursions right at Sieri del Mar's dock. We heard exactly zero noise from the ongoing restaurant construction. Highly recommend!!

We spent 13 days at the villas at Cocoplum. We loved the location being in the middle of the peninsula. Having a golf cart gave us all the freedom we needed to do all we wanted. The pool and private dock were a huge plus. The staff at Cocoplum were very friendly and very helpful. Very easy location to experience the many excursions Belize has to offer. The villa has everything you need. We would highly recommend staying at Cocoplum villas.

Cocoplum Condos are great. We have stayed at over 20 condos in the past few years. The pool area is our all time favorite. It has beautiful trees for partial shade and is next to a lovely sand beach. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We had a car rental and Herbert sent directions to the condo and was waiting for us when we arrived. We spent lots of time on the deck enjoying the peaceful surroundings when we weren't in the pool or hot tub! This is a perfect condo for two couples or a family with children.

Sharene is a charming host, informative and her home is very relaxing, safe and positioned to see the fisherman come and go as they head out to sea . The amenities are second to none with everything we needed for our 10 day stay . We ( 2 couples ) enjoyed the top half ( 2 separate units) with decks for dining and cocktails perched above the Lagoon - Stunning Sunsets!!!!!

Love the location of this property! Beach and pool area is beautiful ! Having the bottom floor was wonderful! It is self maintain while staying, so be prepared to purchase all you need like spices, oil, paper towels, toilet paper, water, dish soap, laundry soap, pretty much everything and clean your own unit through out your stay. The staff was nice and Jack the manager was quick to respond when needed. Love that service:). We would stay again💜

Kimberly’s support, services, recommendations and responsiveness was exemplary. She helped us in so many ways and responded to our questions in a timely manner. The condo was absolutely beautiful and the location was outstanding. The resort was peaceful, protected from the wind and was very private. Long walks on the beach, lounging at the palapa, paddling to the false Caye near by, shopping at the nearby village, swimming off the dock and just lounging on the beach were just a few our highlights here.
