We had a great stay. The neighborhood is quiet which made relaxing outside by the pool quite peaceful. The kitchen is great and well stocked, and there was more than enough room for our family. Would recommend for sure.

We unfortunately didn’t get to meet Marilyn and Margie but our communication was so friendly and I’m sure that they are both wonderful people! The house was lovely, there was coffee, tea, snacks and just such a comfortable atmosphere. We felt so safe and I would definitely come back!

This is a beautiful home with modern amenities. Set up with smart home devices to make everything from getting in the door to changing the thermostat easy. Lori was very nice and responsive to a quick question I had. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow! The little things definitely stood out. We were welcomed with farm fresh eggs, beautiful produce from the garden, home baked gluten free cookies. I made a delicious kale, dill, green onion amd salmon omelette and snacked on purple and orange carrots. Lovely antique furnishings. Best stocked kitchen I've had at an airbnb. Murphy bed is a full bed and super comfy (we ran over 40 miles with 100 obstacles so our bodies needed to rest). Laundry is always a necessity and much appreciated. On an evening walk around i realized that sell their produce boxes with all proceeds going to families in need of counselling. As a health care social worker navigating systems and previous mental health clinician, food and counselling are so important and definitely amped up my respect for Cindi and Keith. My only regret is not having enough time to fully appreciate the produce.and will plan appropriately for a lengthier stay on our next visit. Highly recommended.

Deanna and Michael’s place is such a gem! They are such friendly hosts and really thought of everything to make us feel at home. We never had to leave the property, there is so much to do! My kids loved helping take care of the goats, chickens, and rabbits. We spent a lot of time at the pool and hot tub. Deanna even set up a little scavenger hunt for the kids. We enjoyed the fire pit, s’mores, and comfy beds too. We’ll be back!

Great house on a goat farm, the baby goats are the cutest thing you've ever seen. The house is clean and easy to access from anywhere in Oak Valley. It's a great home base to explore the area. Comfortable beds and good temp control. No complaints!

This is a lovely place with such historic charm. Truly a gem in Modesto and really cool design that needs to be kept up. There are somethings that need to be attended to, and I’m confident they will make changes noted to them. I rented it the night before for the next day so I know that played a role and at the same time, if it’s available then it should be ready. We didn’t get to utilize all the things shared as cool features as they weren’t working. Overall, I would stay again on the premise that certain things are fixed as it’s a beautiful home near my family.

Great tiny home in a shipping container. The space was brand new, clean, had everything I needed, and felt homey. It didn't feel "tiny" as everything was laid out so well. While the house is on the land of someone's residence, it was completely private - the huge windows face towards the river, there was a separate driveway to enter, and the key box made check in a breeze. I was visiting a friend nearby and let him know that this is a great option for visitors. I would happily stay here again.
