This is a beautiful let to stay at, The pool is magnificent and the house is top class. Loads of hidden features all around and a ginormous TV! Great hosts & Lovely plot & local area. Highly recommend Bears Paw for food just 5 mins away. Thank you, We would love to come back

Really lovely stay in the Manor House for a family gathering for a surprise 40th birthday, the house is beautiful has everything you would need, lovely cake and fizz on arrival. And house beautifully decorated for Christmas which just added to it :)

We very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The space is great and as an extra bonus, you get to use a heated pool and brilliant games room. We went early Jan and there was loads of snow, as well as pretty cold temperatures, but the house warmed up very quickly and we were always more than comfortable. The property is close enough to Bakewell for a short drive or taxi ride, should you want to venture into town. We're thinking about going back in the summer.

We used the accommodation for a team meeting and just blown away by it. It was our most productive yet fun and relaxed meeting yet, everything we hoped for and more. Thank you!

We managed the get this booking very last minute and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest, the rooms were beautiful, so much space including the garden. It had everything we needed. We really loved the decor. But for us the hosts made the trip. So thoughtful and considerate, and despite our own lack of packing skills, kindly sorted us out, truely grateful, such a kind gesture. Really great communication and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout. Definitely looking to stay again!

Exactly what my small family needed for a shortish stay. It was simple, clean and tidy. I think it'd be particularly nice in the summer as there's a lovely well kept garden at the back.

We stayed in this property as a ladies get together. It was perfect for us, close enough to local amenities, good sized property with space for us all without getting under each others feet. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Richard’s place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could have asked for. The location was perfect—close to all the notorious hikes. Richard and Sophie were incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The thoughtful touches made it even more memorable. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and seamless experience. I had an amazing stay at Emma’s place! The home was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail made all the difference. The location was perfect— right in the centre of Sutton. Close to great restaurants. Emma was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Sutton Coldfield.

We really enjoyed our stay here, 6 of us stayed for a catch up and girly night and really enjoyed the house and the hottub. The house has a really unusual layout that we all loved. Everything was super clean, WiFi was great, easy to find and felt really safe with the gated entrance and security. Bedrooms were all lovely with bathrooms to the same standard and felt comfortable and welcoming. The host kept in touch, ensured our stay was a positive one and check in went smoothly. We will definitely be back! Thanks for having us!

Having never stayed at an AirBnB before we were so happy with this find. The house was exactly as advertised. Every room was clean, bright with a great range of facilities. The seperate Shower Room & Bathroom was a bonus, especially with 5 sharing the house. The games room was a lovely extra touch. Location was quiet with adequate parking. The host met us at the house and went through everything we needed to know and as he lived local was on hand if we needed any help or advice (not that we did - but great to know). I would definately recommend this house and would book this house again.

A beautiful home set in the most gorgeous location. If you’re looking for somewhere to unwind and forget about the world, this is it. There are great walks straight from the property and you aren’t far away from amenities if needed. The hosts attention to detail was spot on. The fireplace is extra special for the wintery cosy nights. Would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

Really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic air B&B home. We were 3 separate family units & we all had plenty of space. We loved the double sided log burner & the snug area next to the kitchen was so cosy. It was great to have a sperate 'living room' area so that the young ones could escape when they wanted to. Bedrooms are all comfortable. Heating really easy to use too. Was easy to find using the owners instructions & great to have space for 2 cars to be off road & secure. Owners are really responsive to any general queries we had. Very helpful & genuine owners who want to make sure your stay in their beloved home is comfortable & happy. Thanks for letting us use your house, we really did have a wonderful time & for once no-one had to sit on the floor as they do in our own homes!

Marie-Reine is a very friendly and responsive host. The home was a pleasant stay and had everything we needed. The area was also quiet and the house has its own driveway. Perfect.
