Beautiful apartment: quiet location, right on the ACH

The non-smoking apartment for 2 people is located in the attic of a renovated former farmhouse. The apartment (30 m² living space) has a separate entrance and a parking space. It is equipped with double bed (1.6 x 2m), shower/toilet, seating area with TV, dining area with kitchenette (Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, microwave with oven and pizza function). Refrigerator with freezer compartment is provided. Dishes are cleaned by the landlord. In the center of the town, you can reach it in about 7 minutes on foot.

It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. Idyllic apartment with parking and garden area

Arrive and feel good in our stylishly furnished and well-equipped apartment overlooking the countryside. You will enjoy it and find relaxation in the middle of the lake landscape, the proximity to Garmisch-Partenkirchen and the mountains with wonderful excursions (close to the train). Shopping facilities are 400 meters away and you can cycle to the nearby Staffelsee. The small garden area invites you to linger and relax. Your break from everyday life in our idyll.

Our 40 sqm apartment for 2 pers. is located directly on the beautiful Riegsee and within walking distance of the Froschhauser lake in Murnau/Froschhausen. There is a jetty at the house ( YOC 1950), from which you can go directly into the water. Or you can explore the lake with our canoe or Supboard. At the house is a small hobby farm - with chickens, sheep and a cat. In the spring of 2024, 3 donkeys moved in with us:) A private parking is available.

My apartment is located in a quiet, green residential complex, the pedestrian zone is within walking distance in about 10 minutes. It is very cozy, fully equipped, as we have lived in it until recently. Murnau is located on the Munich - Innsbruck railway line, Garmisch and the Königs-Schlösser can be reached in 30-50 minutes by car. The same apartment is available in another listing with 2 bedrooms There is a tourist tax on site.

Our cosy semi-detached basement apartment is located on the outskirts of beautiful Murnau am Staffelsee. The idyllic Froschhauser See and Riegsee lake can be reached on foot in a few minutes, and the big brother, the Staffelsee lake with its seven islands and numerous beach baths as well as refreshments can be reached at any time in a long walk or by bike in 5 minutes... depending on the fitness level :)
