Amazing weekend getaway . Perfect location next to the beach. Walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants. The home was spotless and very cozy. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

What a fabulous find! Sasa’s place was so cozy and comfortable. The hot tub and outdoor seating were wonderful for relaxing, reading, and wildlife viewing. We kayaked, explored the sponge docks, went to the beach, and had delicious coffee at Urban Grounds. Sasa was so helpful and prompt at addressing all of our needs! If you want to visit Tarpon Springs, book this place!! You’ll be so glad you did!

Lovely quaint property. Beautiful views! My only real disappointment was the access to the river to kayak. First let me say, I am an experienced an avid kayaker. I go kayaking at least once a week. So this wasn't just because I didn't know what I was doing. The stairs and ramp are a bit scary. I didn't even bother try but my friend did and it definitely took two of us to get the kayak in the water and I had to hold the kayak with a paddle so it wouldnt float away while he got himself situated. With that being said i dont know how i could have taken my yak out if i wasn't scared to attempt the stairs/ramp because it definitely takes two people to get the vessel in the water. Other then that if you have neighbors, you can definitely hear them through the walls. If thats something that bothers you, I'd pass. We only stayed one night so it was no biggie for us. Host was promt on responding to messages. And place is cute.

great stocked kitchen. thanks for the extra garbage bags and plenty of paper towel and dish detergent. didn't end up using the dishwasher. beautiful view of the water with the side window and front window. saw dolphins several times and saw about 10 green parakeets flying over. difficult for seniors. no table to eat on or play cards. king bed a bit high. twin beds a bit too soft. nice being next to Publix. thanks. we had a beautiful stay.

I absolutely loved this spot. the view put the back door. the little hammock. the place was so clean and comfortable. The host was so sweet helpful and responsive. She did tell me to use the black towels for things we don't want to get on the white ones so when it came to washing my face I couldn't find the black ones (probably because I'm blind) and panicked. but I'm sure that was just my doing. it was so close to the public beach access (walking distance) and all the other fun places. I absolutely loved this place and will absolutely book again. 💜

Leaving detailed reviews as they help me when deciding on where to stay. Check in smooth. Mona and Julian very friendly. Four adults and 2 teenagers. Probably wouldn’t recommend any more than 6 people, unless children (only 2 bathrooms - but very clean). Kitchen perfect for smaller family as well. Had basics for cooking. You would need to bring condiments, spices, oils, etc. Pans and pots were good. PLENTY of plates and bowls. Could use little more silverware, but we washed them as needed. Dishwasher small, but gets the job done. House is VERY clean. Queen and king beds comfortable. Bunk beds also fairly comfortable; HOWEVER, the bunk room was very warm - ended up having to buy a fan - still not as cool as we would have liked (our only true obstacle). Bay was beautiful. Saw dolphins. We rented a golf cart and rode to Clearwater as IR beach had the nasty grass. But house is 10 min walk to beach. Two fishing poles but I had to buy things to fix them up. We’d stay again for sure!!!!!

We loved staying here! Heather's home was spacious so we all can be comfortable while having great spots for us to spend time together. Being on the water was such a plus and the grill was nice to have!

It is a beautiful house with a beautiful lake. Perfect for family and couples.

We had a great stay! Place was bigger than the pictures. It was clean and centrally located for us. A few things could’ve been better, the coffee machine had issues making single cups, some bedroom door handles were loose and door hinges were loose and stripped out so I was unable to tighten. Overall it was a great stay and would def. stay there again!

This was extremely convenient for our family coming down for a business trip. This was right in the area that we needed. There was some things in the basement that seemed to be updated a little poorly, but altogether this was a nice place to stay. Our host was very nice and gave us a lot of instructions and made it very easy to locate and get into. We joked about forgetting to bring some fishing poles, but saw that the host did have one there which was kind of nice! We did not use the outdoor area but it was pretty cute.

Super peaceful. The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The hot tub is great! Heats up in no time at all. The game room in the basement kept the kids busy for hours. Mary answered all of our questions right away. I would highly recommend staying in this house.

We really enjoyed our stay, even though it was windy and rainy during the first couple of days. The panoramic views of the bay made it all the more scenic during that time. There was a minor issue with the AC that the host was very responsive and fast in dealing with. All rooms were clean and there was adequate utensils and cookware, larger sized refrigerator and all other required appliances. It was a relatively central location convenient to the beaches, sights, and downtime each within 15-20min. The immediate neighborhood was safe and the neighbors seemed nice. I would recommend using navigation to avoid getting off track when getting around, as some areas between the home and downtown or between the home and the beach did not appear as nice.

Urszula’s condo was beautiful with a beach theme. The water view was beautiful. Anything you needed from dishware, towels, linens and even items for the pool and cozy blankets were supplied. I would highly recommend.

We were in town for a wedding, had 7 adults in the place and fit perfectly! Great location to the venue and walkable to really anywhere we needed to go. The place was very clean and they offered many extra towels for beach and pool days which was appreciated. Jack & Shelly were very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend staying at their property!

David's place was exactly what we were looking for. Great location, parking was never an issue and easy access to plenty of local amenities. We would recommend David's place to anyone wanting to relax and enjoy the Tampa area.

We were a group of 5 women, we had a fabulous time! Plenty of amenities for 5 people except for beach chairs which were available to rent on the beach. We had an issue with the dryer not working so we weren't able to do any laundry which was a small issue. I reported it to Franca and she replied right away that she was going to schedule someone to come look at it but never heard anything back from her after that. To get to the beach from the condo you need to go through a gate that is locked at the pool and then through another gate to get to the beach. Otherwise you have to walk around the front and down the public beach access. There were only 2 keys so that was an issue, maybe a lock with a code would be more helpful? All in all the condo was everything that was advertised. Thank you Franca for sharing your home!

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this beach getaway! The location is great - right across the street from the beach (with public access), walking distance to John's Pass (restaurants and shopping), near fun little beach bars/cantinas, and just a short ride to plenty more beaches with additional restaurants and fun. We loved Sweet Sage, Salt Rock Grill, and Crabby Bill's up the road to the north. We also spent a lovely morning at Pass-A-Grille beach to the south. Pro tip - you can park the car and take the trolley all the way to Clearwater. We also appreciated the beach equipment provided. Already making plans for the next trip!

David's place was absolutely amazing! We have never stayed in an AirBNB before, but the next one will definitely have big shoes to fill. David has everything you could want and more. The pictures matched exactly what we got. He had beach toys, beach towels, coolers. wagon, beach chairs. umbrella, and many other things. Kitchen had everything you would have at home. The only thing you will need to bring is clothes. Every time I contacted David before our vacation, he responded usually within a few hours. While we were there he answered almost immediately. I can't say enough good things about David's condo and him as an owner. Highly recommend! Watching the dolphins during breakfast was a plus! Thank you for everything David!
