Andy was an excellent host! He went above and beyond so my family had a special and memorable Christmas holiday in his home. Andy’s home is ideally situated- right on the 1 tram and the beach promenade, plus Victoria Avenue shopping. His charming home is exactly as pictured and Andy makes you feel right at home. We hope to book again.

Felt like a home away from home! A peaceful and warm home in a wonderful location - easy walk to parks, sth Melb markets and the beach and just a quick tram ride to the city. Emma’s small touches - organic chocolate and the amenities she supplied for my dog were just so lovely! A perfect base while visiting Melbourne. Highly recommend.

Thank you Rosie for sharing your beautiful place. The home is positioned so nicely, right across from Half Moon Bay, and the drive way is set up for easy access on and off of Beach road. The outdoor space is huge and lovely. And the home, is set up perfectly to move right in and feel at home. Fabulous amenities and well equipped kitchen. Thank you Rosie!!!

An outstanding home and host. The location was superb, with a short walk to the bay beaches, bike paths, cafes, & shops. The home, with a modern, well equipped kitchen, comfortable sitting areas, and a beautiful outdoor patio, exceeded expectations. Beds super comfy too! Nathan was a kind, & attentive host offering a generous amount of towels, extra blankets, gorgeous fresh flowers & graciously put up with our unfortunate late departure as we encountered troubles with our rental bikes & the rain! Sorry Nathan! We can’t recommend this place & Nathan highly enough to you.

What an amazing house for a family holiday. So much space for everyone, including a separate kids playroom! The location is incredible - 2 minutes walk to the shops (try a different coffee shop each day!), great supermarkets and a range of different restaurants and bars. And the house has a BBQ and large garden in case you want to stay at home. It’s less than 10 minutes walk to Elwood beach and Alexa was kind enough to leave behind buckets and spades for us to use. There are also plenty of toys and outside equipment to entertain the children. Would definitely be back again!

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful terrace house - with its own pool! Marco was on hand to let us in and show us around the house. The interior design of the house and the gardens are beautiful while the kitchen has everything a chef could need! The house is within walking distance of the Acland St shops and only 300m from the nearest tram station. It was very comfortable accomodation for our family of four. Very highly recommended. Marco was a very generous host. We feel very lucky we were able to stay here!

Stunning house in Hampton walking distance to some of the areas best cafes. Alex was an extremely helpful and communicative host. We used the house for a corporate business planning session. The multiple spaces allowed for great collaboration and connection. The house is stunningly decorated, perfect for many combos from families to corporate or a girls weekend away. Comfy beds, great spaces. Can’t say enough about how much we loved this house. Would be even more amazing in summer when it’s not a 0 degree Melbourne day!

Johns port Melbourne place was a breath of fresh air for an Airbnb. spacious 3 floors, very nice furniture and setting. we are a family of 5 and we're very comfortable and settled for our stay. parking is easy on the street. John and Jordan were excellent hosts. highly recommend.

This was the second time I have stayed at Roger’s home and was as perfect as it was last year. We will definitely plan on heading back. Pool was amazing, private and got plenty of use. All amenities catered for, felt at home. Roger’s communication was fantastic as it had been previously. Thank you! Highly recommended.

Amanda was a really great host! The Airbnb we stayed in was beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. She was very responsive whenever we had any questions about the Airbnb and was also flexible when we asked for an earlier check in time. Overall a really great experience!

This was such a lovely home in a luxurious and elegant part of Melbourne. The location is perfect for the beach or local restaurants and shopping. the home is loaded with luxury appointments and furnishing. We didn't expect to be so close to the railway but you can hardly hear it inside the home. We'd definitely come back!

Viv's place was perfect for us! It's close to the shops, restaurants, parks and the beach! It was spacious, clean and the perfect location. A big bonus was the courtyard for our 2 small frenchies. Thanks for having us Viv, we look forward to coming and staying again when we are back in Melbourne.

A lovely stay in an absolutely beautiful area. Coffee shops, restaurants galore, supermarket and a train station within minutes walking plus access to a gorgeous coastal strip. The house was comfortable with a large couch, puzzles and games and a well equipped kitchen. Easy to follow check in instructions plus Sally touched base on check in day to check it everything was ok.

Located in a quiet tree-lined street, this airbnb is close to transport links and retail facilities. A few blocks away from Woolworths in one direction and shopping precinct of Bay St in the other. Well-equipped kitchen with quality appliances, great for eating at home. The house is spacious and has outdoor areas at the front and back. Claire was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to any queries. Very impressive air bnb and I hope to stay there again.

We loved our family holiday in Melbourne at Clovelly house! The home has a magical feel, it is both energising yet restful, the natural light throughout is stunning yet it also exudes a homely and cosy feel and we all slept soundly. There is an abundance of storage in the bedrooms which we appreciated as could properly unpack the suitcases and feel right at home. The kitchen is very generously sized and the bathroom, laundry and second toilet are well designed and beautifully finished. The location is as lovely as the home, a great neighbourhood with parks, cafes and the south Melb markets all within walking distance. Lisa, you’re a wonderfully accommodating host and the late checkout was much appreciated. This was our first air BnB stay and If other properties are as wonderful as this one we will never have to go back to (often noisy) 5 star hotels again!

Simply amazing. Stephen and his wife were so lovely to deal with. Their home was amazing. We rented it out for our wedding and bridal party photos and it did not disappoint. Made our whole wedding that much more special

The place is amazing and super modern. I have been to many airbnbs but this one has all top notch facilities. The washroom has toto washlet, floors are heated, hanging mechanism for drying clothes etc. Host was also gracious enough to allow us to checkin earlier. We were overwhelmed earlier with the amount of instructions but it was totally worth it. Thanks Juliet

I absolutely loved Kim’s home! It felt right at home for the whole family! I loved how proactive and thoughtful Kim was throughout our long stay at this place. The location of the house was also perfect for us!! I think the stairs were the only thing that we thought was difficult, but we were told about it!
